Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Here, you can experience forest dwellers. In the morning squirrel, Milan at noon, deer in the evening or the chew at night. For nature observation, squirrel feed, binoculars and wildlife camera are used.

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

The interior design has been adapted to the apartment by the lake in a bright and contemporary way. A king-size box-spring bed invites you to end an active day in Brandenburg nature comfortably. In addition, our guests can expect delicious teas and Nespresso coffee.

Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. There is a separate area to sit and relax, but you can also spread out in the tree house. The courtyard sauna can also be used for a small fee. It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Hier ist der richtige Ort zum Lesen, Schreiben, Meditieren, Kochen, zum Sternegucken, Pilzesammeln (Dörrautomat vorhanden) Hühnerfüttern, für Lagerfeuer, Waldspaziergänge und Tierbeobachtungen. Wer eine Zeit lang abschalten und die Natur genießen möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Ort eignet sich auch gut für etwas längere Auszeiten, etwa um ein Buch zu schreiben.

Man hat einen direkten Blick über angrenzende Felder bis zum Wald. Es liegt sehr ruhig mit einem großen Garten und Lagerfeuerstelle.
