Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

1 bedroom attached cottage in Highland Perthshire, 3 miles from Aberfeldy & Grandtully. Wood fired sauna in adjacent steading (1st use included). Idyllically situated on the foothills of Farragon hill, with beautiful walks right from the door. There is a spacious super kingsize (or twin) bedroom, spectacular living space, modern kitchen & shower room, private entrance, parking & outside seating area. Note location of the house as detailed in 'house rules' (4wd recommended for winter)

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. After living in many different places, I understand how important and difficult it is to find a nice, clean, spacious space that makes me feel comfortable and relax! No matter what weather or we don't want to go out, we still can enjoy view even if we sit in the house. So we decided to build Ardtreck. The Boys Dormitory is a spacious four-star, one bedroom apartment positioned on the vaulted top floor of the Victorian monastery. The huge arched stone mullioned windows face in three directions with every window offering sensational views of the landscape. The monastery is undoubtedly the finest building at the Abbey and in the most prominent position, directly overlooking Loch Ness, the cloisters and gardens.
