I’d give it 6 stars if I could. Francesca has a lovely spot, very well located, clean and spacious. She was a very welcoming host and left thoughtful gifts - all in all I had a fantastic stay here. I’d highly recommend this option and hope to return one day :)

Excellent location to visit The Cotswolds. Accommodation was great value for money, very modern and nicely furnished, spacious, clean and tidy with special extras - chocolates, biscuits, and dog treats and towels for muddy paws! Terry and Elaine are excellent hosts and very accommodating and welcoming - even allowing our dog access to the garden area. Definitely recommend and will also be returning. Thank you so much for a lovely Easter break.

Excellent base for a work stay in Wallington: very comfortable and brilliantly located.

A great place to stay in Oxford, whether you are walking everywhere, and especially if you have a car. It is on a busier road, so there is some road noise. If that bothers you, bring earplugs or chose an alternative. The flat was very comfortable and well equipped. We would book again.

Flat was lovely, spacious, bright, and clean. Location was perfect--close to everything in Jericho, a quick walk to city center, but quiet and private.

I had a wonderful week-long solo stay at Steve's place for a conference I was attending at Oxford. The basement apartment was perfect for what I needed -- super well-located (very walkable & good bus connections to city center), quiet street, well-equipped, and plenty of space for doing work from when needed. Steve & his wife were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for visiting Oxford . In a quiet court yard . Everything within walking distance . The flat is extremely clean and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely lounge. The sofa bed is very comfortable . Host very friendly and helpful .

We enjoyed staying at Alan’s place. The location was perfect and it was exactly as described. We had trouble getting in but Alan was quick to respond.

Fantastic location for visiting Oxford, easy access to buses to the city centre and walkable to many good shops, cafes etc. House really great, huge well stocked kitchen space and plenty of bedrooms/beds for a large family. Everything spotless and clean, everything you need - towels, cleaning equipment, coffee etc. and enough information to find everything , instructions for cooker, Tv etc. Bathrooms spotless, can’t really find fault with anything as it was all perfect. Only thing that we adults agreed on - the beds aren’t the most comfortable - a bit bouncy and squeaky, but we were so tired after exploring Oxford we didn’t suffer too much! 😄

Very nice place. The kitchen was fully equipped. Good connectivity to the city center. Great for short or long stays; we stayed for one month. Emma was very attentive and helpful with any of our requests

I recently stayed for 4 nights with my wife, two children (3 and 6) and mother-in-law. The location was great. Quick and easy to get into Oxford, a good pub at the end of the road and you can drive to the Cotswold within 40 minutes. The layout of the house is really good, with a good kitchen, living room, two bathrooms and well sized bedrooms. The kids loved their room along with the garden. I would recommend staying

Susan’s house was a fabulous location, we could walk right into the village. It was so handy to have our own car spot as well. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need and more. It was a great base location to visit the surrounding area. We loved our stay.

We had a lovely few days in Charlbury. Nick's place was great - perfect for our family of five with 3 small children. The huge (new?) sofa was so comfy and ideal to chill out on after a day spent running around outside. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the welcome coffee pods and oat milk were much appreciated. We loved it. Had dinner out both nights at The Bell and The Bull - thoroughly recommend. Kids loved the playground nearby. Nick was a great host - super responsive and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

Excellent house for our family. Very spacious rooms, plenty of bathrooms, great sunroom. Very well appointed property. Perfect location and great (and very responsive) hosts!

The house was excellent – clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We especially loved the great selection of restaurants just a short walk away. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d definitely love to come back and highly recommend it to others!

I had a truly wonderful stay at The Old Doctor's Retreat — this was everything I hope for in an Airbnb. The space itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly peaceful, with stunning views over the Oxfordshire countryside. Everything from the comfy king bed and luxury bathroom to the little details like the complementary paint colors, the rain shower, and laundry access made it feel like a cozy sanctuary. But what made this stay really special was Claire. She was not only a welcoming and responsive host, but also went above and beyond — warm, thoughtful, and generous with her time and conversation. It felt like staying with a friend who genuinely cared. This is exactly the kind of experience that makes Airbnb stand out — a beautiful space, in a beautiful village, with a truly kind and thoughtful host. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

Easy place to find and the location was very good. The walk to the high street was nice and the journey to town did not take too long either. The apartment is spacious and modern and the smart tv was very easy to use and connect to. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

I wonderful little flat. Clean and nice bathroom. Lounge and kitchen were clean and well organised. The bed was comfortable. Exactly what you would hope for from an Air BnB Big park very close. 40 minute walk into the centre of oxford. I enjoyed being there.

It was great to stay at Greg’s place for a second time. AirBnB is as described. Greg is a great, friendly host who is very responsive to any questions or queries we had. We let him know one of the radiators did not work and he immediately brought over an electric heater. Highly recommend his place!

Very nice flat in a very good location.

Perfect for our short stay in Oxford. The unit is clean and comfortable with everything we need already provided. The location might not be in the centre of Oxford but its perfect for us who prefer somewhere quiet and private.

Ricks place was very nice & clean. With loads of thing to help with your stay. Beds very comfy & the children liked that there was cereal in the morning with milk. We had been out all day visiting family, was really nice to come back & just have a cup of tea without thinking we needed to go to a shop first. Thank you for being a great host. We will come back again. 😊

The flat was warm and cosy. Good bus connections to the city centre. I walked into the city centre a number of days and it took under 30 minutes. Flat is clean and tidy. The staircase that gets you to the flat is a bit steep, but was ok for me. I went up and down carefully. The neighbourhood was quiet, which was nice as I was working. Good wifi strength. The communication from Mohammed and Noorjahan was timely. Mohammed responded to queries very helpfully. The downstairs neighbour, when they cooked, the smell was in the flat, for a short while. This did not bother me, it gave a sense of comfort. The windows allowed for good ventilation. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Great host. Nice flat.
