Amy's place is a fantastic base for trips into Oxford and Oxfordshire surrounding villages. It is extremely well stocked, including an air fryer, and we had everything we needed as a family with a small baby. The garden is lush and the cottage itself very homely. Would highly recommend

The back garden was a real highlight: peaceful, well-maintained, and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Everything was spotless on arrival, and the host made us feel incredibly welcome. Highly recommend for anyone looking a relaxing and elegant stay in Oxford.

From start to finish, this beautiful property exceeded every expectation. Phoebe was incredibly responsive, helpful and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated and thoughtfully stocked with everything a guest could need - from quality linens and toiletries to a well-equipped modern kitchen. The location was ideal - peaceful yet convenient to local attractions. Every detail showed a commitment to comfort and hospitality. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the service and polish of a five-star hotel in the most stunning location and surroundings. I would highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something a cut above the usual. We would absolutely return without any hesitation. Nice quiet area with an easy walk/cycle into the city centre. Al was very friendly and responsive, and even accomodated us for an early check-in.

OMG, I don’t have the adjectives to describe this trip! I booked it for myself, my husband and our dog & it was pure perfection. Lesley was helpful as anything, gave a list of local recommendations and the easiest check in/out instructions. It was clean, fresh bedding and location was PERFECT for where we needed (within a half hour drive of all the tourist spots we wanted to visit). Lesley let us bring our dog, left a card for us and a towel/bag of treats for the dog just in case he wanted a swim in the canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Amazing host, wonderful location and just 5*s all round from me! Thanks for a wonderful stay Lesley ❤️

Kate’s garden annex is just a great stay for Oxford and we will certainly check if it is free for another occasion. It is well located, with parking available, and easy walking to nearby eateries, and with regular buses running into the centre from just around the corner. The annex itself is spacious, comfortable, quiet and well equipped. The outside seating is a definite bonus - to be able to step out from the bedroom and have a drink or a meal whilst overlooking Kate’s lovely garden was a relaxing highlight.

Everything was wonderful. We landed early and Rachel was able to get us checked in a little early. Directions were clear and check-in was simple. There is a bus stop just down the street which made getting into town really easy. There are also grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (or 2 bus stops). We travelled around the country quite a bit but used the house as a home base. It worked out really well for us. Would stay again for sure.

We stayed at Oliver’s lovely home for three nights and had a wonderful experience. We’re from Hong Kong, and both my wife and I really enjoyed the quiet and comfortable environment of the house. It’s within walking distance to Oxford city centre, and the walk itself is pleasant, giving us a glimpse into the character of the local residential area. There’s also a supermarket nearby, which was very convenient. Although we had a car, we chose to walk to the city centre as it was an easy and enjoyable walk. The house also comes with a parking space, which is a great bonus. We were lucky to meet Oliver during check-in — he was very nice and helpful. 🥰We highly recommend this place!

This has been a fantastic break for us. It is a beautiful studio apartment and Hannah has made this a perfect retreat for us. The local community is more than welcoming and we have been fortunate to meet people that invited us into their lives. We will be going back.

We have no hesitation in recommending Sue’s place. The setting for this delightful cottage is truly beautiful and quiet. After the long flight from Australia, we were so thankful that Sue arranged for us to have an early check in. We had everything we needed in the cottage including a much appreciated coffee machine. Sue has put a lot of thought into her Airbnb ….. Styling, fantastic shower and crisp white linen worth a particular mention. Communication with Sue was easy.

Host is very friendly and the I would give 6 stars if I could for cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great stay, it was ideal for my partner and I, and our dog due to the very spacious garden for her to run around in. The Annex exactly as pictured and described and had everything you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful time away. Sam the host was very helpful if we needed anything and made it easy for us to check in. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially with a dog. Couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be returning!

Great place, quiet neighbourhood, clean and as described. Great communication. Easy parking, easy access to town.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

The accommodation was as described, with easy check in and for me was an excellent location near the town centre and a local venue I needed to be close to. It was a quiet, clean space and provided what I needed. Sharon was a responsive host and I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful apartment located in the grounds of a truly impressive Cotswolds property. Ideally located for visiting the Cotswolds and Oxford. Super helpful and friendly host. Can’t recommend it enough one of our best Air BnB experiences.
