Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Headington

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Matthew and Jane's B&B. The location was peaceful with lovely views over the countryside and Matthew and Jane were friendly and attentive hosts. We were welcomed with hot drinks on arrival which was lovely after a long drive. Making arrangements to arrive was easy with good, clear communication from Jane. Every room was spotless and tidy and the beds were comfortable with quality mattresses, pillows and sheets. Breakfast was delcious and Jane was keen to ensure we all had a breakfast we would enjoy with options to choose from. We would definitely stay again. Thank you both.

Thank you Richard and Sacha for a fantastic stay. We stayed in the Tudor Barn family room which was delightful, really spacious, clean and the amenities provided were an added bonus. Richard and Sacha were both so welcoming and friendly upon arrival and throughout our stay. Really responsive on the app and a pleasure to meet. Hopefully will return one day, thank you again!

Joanne was so lovely and accommodating. We arrived earlier than check-in as we were going to Silverstone that day and she had everything ready for us. Everything was spotless, well-decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. We were very much appreciative of the great breakfast spread each morning (pastries, toast, fruit, granola - Joanne offered extras if we wanted). Thanks so much for the amazing stay!

Daniel was very accomodating. The stay on the farm with all the new lambs was lovely. The breakfast was very delicious. The room was clean and well appointed.

Easy to find in a beautiful location. Very cosy room perfect for our family of 3. Joan & her Husband were so friendly and they cooked us the most amazing breakfast. Thank you for being lovely hosts, we will hopefully be back 😊

Perfect accommodation + perfect host = happy customers! This was the perfect pit stop for our journey to LEGOLAND. The room was the perfect size for 2 adults, 2 children and a baby. Breakfast was in the room and ample for all of us to set us up for our busy day. Host was extremely responsive throughout. It was a shame The Tally Ho pub is closed on a Monday (understandable reasons for why they don’t open) as food and a cold beverage downstairs would have been perfect. Note: if finding food in Hungerford please avoid The Bear pub. Lots of other lovely looking eateries in the lovely town.

The Coach House was charming, clean and comfortable. It was quiet & situated in a lovely country setting- loved it !

the venue is exactly as described and comfortably fitted 4 grand parents, 6 parents and 7 children under 11. oh and a dog georginia could not have been more helpful a really comfortable house that is extremely well equipped and feels like home no problem in heartily recommending a first class holiday home

Tony was so helpful from the point of booking until I left, instructions were very clear on how to find the property - he explained the ground rules and I felt at home right away! We had a good chat and Tony is full of knowledge about the local area. He recommended a nice pub for dinner nearby, and breakfast was laid out for me every morning. I shall be staying with Tony again next time I need to be in the area!

A beautiful stay over night whilst at a festival. Jackie's home is so special and she is such a generous host. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. The breakfast this morning was wonderful and much needed. I will definitely return. Thank you so much xx

Wonderful friendly family who genuinely enjoy having visitors in their home! Gave wonderful recommendations and more than happy to talk about what you can get up to - I’m very grateful. Breakfast, dinner, and a bicycle is as good as it sounds - deal of the century really. Had never been to Oxford but having a bike improves a stay there in every way. Was a little worried about the distance but it’s literally 5 mins on the bike, 15 min walk - a beautiful path and it ended up being one of my favourite parts. Room is as expected, everything you’d need. Make sure and get up and go to a morning prayer and evensong at a college (Christ Church, Magdalen, Exeter) - authentic way to experience these amazing places!

Great place, great location easy to walk anywhere. The place is very convenient, comfortable and incredibly clean. Feels so good to stay there. Billy has a lot of dedication to hosting.

I had such a lovely stay here! Kate is an amazing host—super friendly, thoughtful, and just all-around lovely to chat to. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and has a really cozy, welcoming vibe. And her two dogs? Absolute sweethearts. Total bonus having them around for little puppy greetings! If you're after a relaxing spot with great energy (and bonus puppy cuddles), I couldn't recommend this place more—it’s an absolute gem. Thanks again, Kate!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming during my stay! I was not around often as I had a full conference day, but they provided anything I could possibly need and communicated well, despite issues I had with my own technology as I travelled.

Amazing place to stay! We came after our wedding for a quiet weekend away and got exactly that; had such a lovely time in the hot tub in the evening and waking up with the sunshine through the sky light in the morning. Wonderful hosts, reachable when needed and thought of everything you may possibly need. Would recommend a hundred times over! -Ella and Jay

Arlene’ Air B&B was idyllic and gorgeous! Well located near Cotwolds villages (we visited Bourton on Water, Bibury, lower and upper Slaughter, and Stow on the Wold). And ate in Lechlade- New Wave and the New Inn; both were lovely. And we were there for just two days! The room in the cottage is comfortable, and the breakfast was great and set us up for the day. Arlene was so lovely and easy to communicate with. Would recommend. Thanks Arlene!

Two of the loveliest people that you will ever meet, I did not want to leave Peter and Guy's cosy home and right away felt like I had known them forever!! Their hospitality was so warm, I now understand why they have become "superhosts" in such a short time. Thank you Peter, Guy (and Wilbur!) for being such wonderful people and for your kindness which is so rare these days. I hope to be back again soon, even if I dont require accomodation, I have made a couple of wonderful new friends! Ps the bed was soo comfortable I slept like a baby for the whole two weeks that I stayed! Cant recommend this place enough.

We have just had the most blissfully relaxing 5 days at Little Bothy. Great communication throughout, not too much or too little. It was so easy to find, but with Claire’s extra info it meant the journey wasn’t stressful, worrying if we’d find it in the dark, on a wet evening. Our welcome was delightful, again beautifully balanced, not too much or too little. A fantastic folder of helpful tips for the house and the town. Little Bothy is gorgeously decorated and maintained with the cutest heirlooms. It felt so calm, cozy, spacious, clean, relaxing and has every single thing you could possibly need. Claire has thought of everything! The welcome basket was such a thoughtful treat and we were left to come and go as we pleased as if it were our own home. The peaceful surroundings with nothing but bird song, greenery, sheep and their gorgeous boy dozy made for a very relaxing, restorative 5 days. All 3 of us can’t wait to return for a special bit of heaven. Thank you Claire and Stewart xx

Dee is an exceptional hostess- I felt completely at home and at ease in her lovely home. Dee is very knowledgeable about the area and went above and beyond to assist me. The breakfast was astonishing with fresh orange juice, fruit, bread and granola, Dees own homemade jam and lots of tea There aren’t words to communicate the warmth and nurturing Dee provides - highly recommend you go and meet her and the adorable Tilly (best mannered softest golden lab ever) ❤️

A perfect place to spend the night - comfortable and clean. Rodolph and Nalini are a lovely welcoming couple and made me feel right at home. I will be back!
