Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Headington

Really lovely little studio, had everything needed. Location wise it is super close to Heathrow so ideal!

The house was very spacious and had all the facilities you would need. I would definitely return here for when I next stay in Reading. The shops are about a 5-10 minute walk maximum and the neighbourhood was peaceful

Lovely clean unit in a very nice area. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. It’s not so easy to find and I had to drive past several times to locate the driveway which is extremely narrow and decided to park elsewhere. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and supplies provided including soap, shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and fabulous walks along the river which is only a few minutes away.

Marion was a very friendly and helpful host. She made us feel most welcome and was ready with useful local knowledge and suggestions. Many thanks for making our stay so good.

Went to Amersham for a family wedding from the US and am so grateful we booked at the crown. The location was incredible, the town is precious and the service at the hotel was wonderful. A great breakfast every morning, access to all necessities out your doorstep — couldn’t recommend it more!

Sedhar cares deeply about her guests and wants you to have a great experience. She does so much charity work and all the money from your stay goes to her charity. She tries so hard to accommodate you and is very supportive. The AirBnB is in the basement so not much natural light but if you are out all day this is irrelevant, also you are more than welcome to join the rest of the house and use the garden. If you have mobility restrictions be aware it is a fairly narrow steps curving down to the door of the AirBnB. The bed is nice and comfortable, you have a small fridge and can make tea/coffee with a sink unit to wash up. The shower is a good size and all works perfectly. Lovely and warm in the winter time too.

Nice location and place to stay. Host was very welcoming and flexible in helping us with our arrival plans. Lots of nice places to eat and visit nearby.

Sandy was very welcoming and helpful. Communication was good and the arrangements for checking in were clear. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The location was perfect for my purposes. If I need to stay in that part of Oxford again I wouldn’t hesitate to book with Sandy again.

The Lorien, such a wonderful, special place to stay. I felt truly at home staying there. Both Mike and Yvonne went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant and welcoming, its really hard to describe in words how perfect it was, but it was as close to perfect as anyone can imagine. When I was there, I was treated more like a friend than a guest and this experience is one of a kind with Airbnb, and one I know will be impossible to beat! This really does top the number one spot of my places to stay and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone needing somewhere to stay and at such an affordable price it really cannot be trumped. Thank you Yvonne and Mike for hosting me, it was incredible. Airbnb should have 6 stars for special places like these. I know I will be happy to stay there again in the future should the opportunity arise ❤️

Linda was very accommodating and clear with instructions for the stay. I appreciate Linda for allowing me to keep my bags post checkout. The location of the house is inconvenient as there are frequent buses to the city centre.

Stayed at Maria’s lovely home in Abingdon while I had business in the area. She kindly answered all of my questions in advance, and was a prompt communicator throughout the stay. Spacious home, lots of amenities, and a great backyard space and nearby playground for my daughter to play in. Short drive to cafes and pubs in downtown Abingdon. Would stay here again!

Good place and happy to stay, especially for cat lover. Very lovely turtle shell and milky cow cats. The black cat look cool but getting hot in front of treat.Ha.. Ha..

Beautiful home, perfect place to stay. The garden is absolutely amazing. Claire Marie was very welcoming, made us feel at home. Went out of her way to ask if we needed anything. Generally a lovely, friendly host. I would highly recommend to stay here. Everything was perfect and it made our weekend.

she is a lovely lady with a golden heart. she took care of me like her family member. It was worth staying with her.
