Incredible spot. Lots of space for Alameda, new amenities and very clean. All we could ask for and more!

The place was very nice. We have kids & grandkids in the Bay Area and like to visit as often as possible. The place was clean and comfortable but most of all very welcoming. And Ramil reached out to make sure our needs were met. If the need arises we would definitely stay there again

Cecilia is a wonderful host, she is very responsive and incredibly helpful. The room is excellent, the bed is very comfortable and the laundry room access is perfect for a longer stay. The gated parking is a great plus and the surrounding area is easy to walk around and explore. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at Jess’s place! She was incredibly friendly and communicative throughout the entire process, which made everything so smooth and easy. The home itself is beautifully decorated—charming, cozy, and with a lot of thoughtful touches. It’s in a central location, close to public transport and surrounded by great food spots, which made exploring the area super convenient. All the amenities were in great condition, and I was pleasantly surprised to even find lint rollers available—such a small but thoughtful detail that really stood out. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Over the past few years I’ve stayed at many Airbnbs, but Renzo’s place truly stands out. It’s a perfect, top-tier experience from start to finish. The stylish interiors, modern appliances, and thoughtful design reflect a beautifully renovated space. What really impressed me, though, was Renzo’s hospitality: the little touches and personalized care made me feel genuinely welcomed. It’s clear that this Airbnb is crafted for each guest, not just a standard stay. If you’re looking for a curated Airbnb experience (not just a place to sleep), this is absolutely the one to book.

Chase’s place was exactly as described. I really appreciated all the thoughtful touches, like labels for WiFi, extra toiletries and even a few office supplies. I was very happy & surprised to find two luggage racks. Chase even accommodated an extremely late check-in, due to my train being delayed four hours. There’s no question that I would stay here again. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

Francisco and his team were absolutely amazing! The place was beautifully decorated, incredibly stylish, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could possibly need. It was spacious, comfortable, and in a perfect central location—close to everything! The team was super responsive and accommodating, making the stay seamless and enjoyable. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic Airbnb experience!

Heather was amazing, prompt, friendly, informative and respectful. I would highly recommend this quaint little TWO bedroom residence, parking was always available in front, quiet neighborhood, easy access to freeways N shops and for the value, it's my FIRST time utilizing an Airbnb so I thought the price was good/average. I would highly recommend this location and Heather, you will not be disappointed.

I have stayed at Yun’s house on many occasions. As always the room and bathroom were extremely clean. I prefer booking this room when it’s available, I am a private person who really likes a bathroom to myself. Bed comfortable. Room has portable fan to help me stay cool, mini refrigerator and microwave made my 2 night stay easier to heat up food instead of having to go downstairs and use kitchen appliances. Will stay again if I am ever in the area and room is available. Thank you, Yun for having me in your house.

Great stay overall and this home really felt like home away from home. Very calm and peaceful street, though there is a railroad right behind the house and you might hear a train drive by on occasion, though quick and not bad at all. Would for sure recommend this space and the host was always great at responding! Thank you!!

The blue door retreat is a beautiful home with amazing host. Check in and check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was nice and relaxing place to stay during my vacation.

We absolutely loved Fen’s home! Fen was so warm and welcoming, treating us like family. The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy, and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and safe. It’s about an 8-minute drive to the BART station, and from there, it’s only a 20-minute ride to downtown—super convenient! Thank you, Fen, for making our trip such a wonderful experience!

This was my best Air BnB stay yet!!! I have nothing but great things to say about Ho's property, the amenities, and the attention to detail that elevated the experience beyond my expectations. It felt warm and inviting, and the decor was tasteful. Every kitchen item you can imagine needing was there at your fingertips. Let's not forget about cleanliness. The house was spotless: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, linens, and pool. Thank you Ho for an amazing getaway and going above and beyond! Easy to access, availability of parking and the shopping/restaurants made this location perfect for us! Eugene was quickly responsive to a couple of questions we had. The place was very clean and had what we needed for our stay!

Eileen and Simon were fantastic hosts. They were always responsive and gave great recommendations for eateries. We also forgot to pack face wash, and he was very responsive and accommodating in letting us use a bottle of his. 10/10 would recommend

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

We had a great stay. The home is lovely and the area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and shops accessible.

Ehson's place was a little haven during our stay in San Francisco, located in a wonderful neighborhood. As with any old building, you might hear the upstairs neighbors sometimes, but it's all absolutely worth it for the view and the cozy atmosphere. The sunset from the rooftop terrace is addictive. It’s a great spot: you can walk everywhere, and the cable car is right there. There’s also a great little grocery store on the corner, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby.
