A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Our guest apartments on the upper floor are now intended to create the balancing act between old and new. Hello, In the car you have the possibility to retreat in bad weather. Otherwise, this is clearly a place where you are outside a lot. The river, the Havel is about 15 m from the car and invites you to swim and do all other water sports. In the car there is a separate toilet. Outside there is a large solar shower (Attention: No sun = no warm water) The car is 5 m away from our cattle paddocks, which can be observed wonderfully while grazing.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...

I had a wonderful stay at this flat in Berlin. The location was excellent and easy to access, making my trip very convenient. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the welcome bottle of sparkling wine was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was that it could be a bit noisy in the mornings due to being on the first floor with a large window. However, this didn’t significantly affect my overall experience. Overall, a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

We had a great few days at Jessika's place during the world's largest rowing regatta in Brandenburg. The accommodation is super quiet on the Beetzsee and is ideal for unwinding. The hosts are super nice and respond to requests quickly and in a friendly manner. We will be happy to come back.

I can fully recommend the apartment, for short visits and also longer. On the first weekend of May, we were in the quiet apartment and felt at home. The apartment delivers what the listing promises and more: we really felt comfortable. Practical and tastefully furnished, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, bathroom optimal and a spacious workspace. Simone and Stephan are perfect hosts, communication was smooth and the two welcomed us warmly. The lake is an oasis in the city and we were able to end the evening on the terrace in the blooming air. It is also close to the bus and supermarket. What else could you ask for? We'll be back for sure, maybe for a workation! Thank You!

We were at Sybil's for the second time. We immediately felt at home. The apartment is lovingly and tastefully furnished. Particularly nice for us was again the large terrace from which we had a great view of the park-like garden. We could reach the Schlachtensee directly through the garden door. This lake is a real gem, both for swimming and for walking. The path around the lake is also perfect suitable for a jog. Sybil is the perfect host!!! For our day trips to Berlin city center and also to Potsdam, we have the S-Bahn lines within walking distance used. That made our tours very relaxed. We will definitely come back again.

Public, free parking directly in the street from 6 pm to 8 am, then with parking disc 2 hours available. Quick and friendly communication with hosts. It had been a very nice stay.

Carlos is a very warm person and a friendly, likeable and helpful host. Communication was perfect before, during and after the trip. The room was super clean and excellently prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were also clean and the balcony overlooking Lake Rummelsburg and the Paul and Paula shore is a dream. It's a perfect place to stay and the value for money is great. Thanks Carlos for the warm welcome and the great place to stay.
