Please respect with the apartment as well as neighbors respectful and quiet. The apartment is a non smoking apartment and no parties are allowed. I live in the same house opposite and am always reachable if there are any questions or problems. The subway U8 Schönleinstrasse is 3 minutes away on foot. The subway U1 / U3 Kottbusser Tor is 5 minutes away on foot. With these two subway you can quickly reach Berlin (Alexanderplatz, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshein). Grocery shopping is right around the corner of the apartment (Lidl / Netto supermarket), as well as the famous Turkish market on Maybachufer. Just around the corner is the Graefestrasse. In this there are numerous cafes and restaurants around for day or evening to enjoy. The Admiralsbrücke (2min) is a popular meeting place and a central place to meet and listen to street musicians. Within walking distance you can quickly over Kottbusser Damm Hermannplatz, the Hassenheide and the Tempelhofes field is as a recreation area within walking distance. Just as exciting Neukölln is the Schillerpromenade (with the U-8 two stops) with its bars and restaurants. We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
