This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

Wir waren dort mit 4 Personen für 1 Nacht untergebracht. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch die Terrassenmöbel waren in einem top Zustand. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen. Restaurant und kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Heel fijn appartement voor ons gezin van vijf. Ook erg genoten van het balkon. De locatie is geweldig. Dicht bij metro, maar ook op loopafstand leuke en interessante plekken te bereiken.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, man fühlt sich gleich zuhause. Check-In und Check-Out problemlos. Man findet hier alles was man braucht. Promenade und City gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Discounter in der Nähe, so muss man nicht weit gehen um sich zu versorgen. Unterkunft liegt direkt am Hafen, wo man schön den Schiffsverkehr beobachten kann.

Wir waren zu 5. im Apartment, und gerade für das Erkunden der Stadt bietet es eine tolle Lage, da die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gut und schnell zu erreichen sind. Die toll direkt am See gelegene Wohnung ist sehr gut geeignet für vier Personen. Von Wohnzimmer, Küche und einem der Schlafzimmer hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf den See. Von einem Privatsteg kann man in den See springen und herrlich schwimmen. Hanne hat auf Fragen sehr schnell reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können die Unterkunft und Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben wundervolle Ostertage mit unseren beiden Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) in Schmatzin verbracht. Besonders begeistert waren sie vom großen Garten mit Schaukel, Hängegriffen und Sandkasten – ein echtes Paradies zum Spielen und Toben. Auch im Haus haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt: Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, bietet viel Platz und hatte die besten Matratzen, die wir je in einem Ferienhaus erlebt haben. Zugegeben, die landwirtschaftlichen Fahrzeuge sind hörbar, doch nach ein paar Nächten gewöhnt man sich daran. (Zu unserem Aufenthalt war allerdings auch Kartoffellegung) Unsere Kinder schliefen oben zum Garten hin und wurden davon nicht gestört. Die Nachbarschaft war angenehm ruhig – wir haben die Nachbarn kaum gesehen und überhaupt nicht gehört. Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich wunderschön und bietet zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, sodass garantiert keine Langeweile aufkommt.

Das Häuschen hat sehr viel Charakter und Charme. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Nähe zur Havel und den Seen war toll zur Eroberung mit dem Kajak.
