Welcome to the heart of Berlin. The renovated apartment is located in the popular Kreuzkölln, right next to the Maybachufer. Cafés, restaurants and bars in the Wrangelkiez are just minutes away and in the adjacent park you can comfortably take a break from everyday life. Due to the excellent location, the bus and U-Bahn [subway] Schönleinstr. or Kottbusser Tor are within walking distance in 3 minutes and public parking is available right in front of the house and on the Landwehr Canal.

Here you will find peace and relaxation, both in the accommodation and in the surrounding area, nature as far as the eye can see, beautiful paths for walks and bike rides as well as a variety of birds.

The granny flat is located on the kultur.farm – a four-sided courtyard in Groß Pankow and is about 800 m from the connected train station. The apartment has a spacious kitchen, including a small couch and dining table, as well as a bedroom and a larger bathroom. The kultur.farm also has two large common rooms, a summer kitchen (incl. foosball), a sauna and a stork family. There is always something to experience, but above all there is enough space for peace and quiet.

In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.
