Perfect starting point for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and excursions to Berlin and the surrounding area. Great complete amenities, plus a fireplace for a cozy vacation. With an open location and natural views of the field and harbor water, it is a special property in the harbor village! The complex is young, but all the houses in our neighborhood are structurally completed.

Alexanderplatz in Berlin can be easily reached by public transport in 35-40 minutes. By car, it is about 20 minutes. Boat and canoe rental near the vacation home.

Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

The apartment is located in a half-timbered house which is about 1 minute from the Waren city harbor. As it is a duplex apartment, our guests must enjoy climbing the stairs. The location at the Elbe gate is extremely quiet… no car traffic and otherwise everything we needed to cook and eat and pass the time was available. We really liked the atmosphere in the cottage. We will certainly come back to Tangermünde for another visit.

Beautiful apartment in idyllic countryside. Direct view of the water including its own jetty. The roof terrace is the absolute highlight and invites you to linger. The sofa bed is very small and more suitable for a child. There are shopping opportunities and canoe rentals nearby. Bicycles make it easy to explore the area.

I was very happy to meet Martin. He is a very honest, kind, and reliable person. His house was absolutely perfect — very clean, tidy, and well-organized. Wilma + Gerd are lovable, warm hosts who are happy to share their idyll, built up over the years, with you. The spatially separate kitchen is not quite my thing, but fits harmoniously into the overall picture. It can be circumvented with a little initiative. The view and the tranquility at the lake are beautiful.

We visited Constanze for two nights to see the Perseids and just get some distance and tranquility from the big city jungle. We have not been missed. The place has lots of charming details that want to be discovered. Everything we needed/would have been in situ. Constanze is a very lovely hostess who takes great care of her guests and is happy when you feel comfortable. The entire yard is great, the garden design prepared with attention to the details. We immediately made friends with the cat Leon, who relaxed the whole stay with us again and again. The dyke in front of the door invites you to walk/cycle and on the terrace with sky lounger you can end the day relaxed. It was also great that we could use the bikes available on site to explore the area. We hope to come back to this beautiful place again.

We had a wonderful time at this place! The small house is very clean and offers everything you need for a relaxed stay. The location is simply fantastic – very idyllically located with a beautiful terrace that offers direct access to the lake. Christina and Lars were super friendly and always available when we had questions. As a welcome gesture, we were even greeted with chocolate and homemade jam – a very loving gesture that made the stay even more enjoyable. We can only recommend this little paradise and would be happy to come back!

We have rarely had such a relaxing holiday:) For whatever reason, we woke up every day at sunrise, started the day with a coffee on the terrace in the beach chair or were alone on the lake with the rowing boat 'Odi‘ (included:)!)..a dream. Frank is a great host!! The place reminded us of a small log cabin in Sweden😊 Everything was perfect.. We will be happy to come back☀️ Thanks again for your hospitality, Frank!
