Loft vacation rentals in Havel

It was really very nice and pleasant. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay two nights. We'd love to come another time again.

Original, bright home in a quiet courtyard, well-equipped and comfortable. We were 5 friends and we enjoyed the space. Organic store next door. We recommend the Morgen Land restaurant which offers excellent breakfasts and brunches on weekends Metro nearby to discover Berlin. We recommend it!

Great place and felt like a home away from home!

We stayed 9 nights at Kay's place. We used the place as a base for hikes and bike tours to the countless lakes and endless forests and were able to relax very well here

Everything is perfect! The perfect loft for blasting in Berlin. Easy, quick clean

We felt very comfortable with Evi and her family. The first contact was very friendly and accommodating. The peaceful surroundings and direct forest edge location was just perfect for us with our dog. The connection with the S 1 towards Berlin City is also completely uncomplicated and thus nothing stands in the way of a quick arrival for a sightseeing trip to Berlin City. We highly recommend the apartment.

Amazing place, Franz was very caring and helpful, left some food and beverages after the long way, and helped to open the door when I locked myself out. The place is very artsy, convenient, lofty and cozy at the same time. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing, spacious apartment is such a nice area of Berlin. We were able to walk to many nice restaurants or take a short Uber to the bars for a night out. The view from bed is beautiful. Already planning a trip back for a summer stay.

Beautiful loft equipped with everything your heart desires. The espresso from the great machine tasted even better when looking into the garden and the blue sky through the skylights. Good starting point for bike rides and a trip to the climbing park in Potsdam. Julia was always available for us and was able to answer all questions. A very nice contact! 🤗

Friendly host, large and bright accommodation, true to the photos. The tram to the city center is a 15-minute walk away.

Great location right in nature and individual swimming spot 5 minutes away. Many opportunities for nature lovers and self-catering (well-equipped kitchen). A lot of fruit collected on walks and baked delicious cakes.

The apartment is so nice, with all the loving details, the beautiful cups, the beautiful bedding, the lights, etc. and of course the view of the lake from the bed. It was very quiet, amazingly the main road was not heard at all, nothing from the restaurant and in the harbor the hustle and bustle only slowly started. Jean-Pascal and Nicole were always easily accessible - and then wrote to me about how to turn on the light at the dining table; simply press the big button above the light bulb. On one of three evenings, the Wi-Fi went out several times very briefly, but then came back on relatively quickly. There were also a few spices in the kitchen and towels in the bathroom. I'd love to come back; the surroundings are super nice and relaxing.

Perfect stay! Nice setting, clean, quiet, within walking distance of the S-Bahn and spacious parking. Received a very clear description of how to find the loft, very fast and smooth communication with the hosts. Absolutely recommended!

The stay at Julieta's extremely stylishly furnished designer apartment in Neukölln was a wonderful experience from the first minute! The large light-flooded living area with kitchen and the small cute balcony give space for life and enjoyment. Julieta is very accommodating and always friendly and helpful. Full recommendation!
