The apartment is 100 m² (1076 ft²) and is on the 3rd floor (top floor) of a family building. The building doesn't have an elevator, but there are only 54 steps up to the apt.

Ubicado en el centro histórico de la ciudad, en el llamado kilómetro de oro, conocido así por ser la zona mejor conservada de La Habana. A solo 200 metros de la plaza de San Francisco de Asís y la Plaza de Armas. Muy cerca de museos, galerías y restaurantes. Ubicación excelente, cerca de todo para recorrer a pie en un barrio muy seguro y tranquilo de la ciudad.
