Living by the sea.

Lamar is a house which was finished renovating in Sept 2022. From an old fisherman's house we have created two completely independent houses on the sea. The house in question has three bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, a service bathroom and three terraces, located a few meters from the sea, one of which is covered. On the ground floor terrace there is a small but beautiful marble jacuzzi/pool. On the second floor terrace there is an outdoor shower overlooking the sunset.

This apartment is totally rebuilt, located in the very famous 23th Avenue. it is in a 17th floor of a great building located in La Rampa, the must famous area of Habana on the fifties. It´s have an amazing view of the ocean, and the city. The apartment is very clear and fresh. Have two new elevators, one of them is working all the time. Restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, shopping, theaters, private and public transportation, all walking distance. We have electricity generator in the apartment.
