This was a great location to get to many places in walking distance. The check in process was simple, they provide a tour of the house, patiently answered any questions, coordinated breakfast, transportation to and from the hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. I felt safe and as a solo travler that was important. The host is super responsive and helpful. Can't wait to come back visit.

The host is very welcoming and friendly, I travel with dogs, the host is very friendly to dogs, the hotel is very quiet in the residential area, it takes about 25-30 minutes to walk to the old town, but several restaurants nearby are very delicious and not as expensive as the old town. The room is very clean. Overall, it is a very good experience. I will come again next time.

I enjoyed my stay. It was exactly as I imagined and then some! It’s in a very walkable neighborhood with cool A/C! The decor was GORGEOUS; and room was clean and comfortable. Aimara and her staff were very helpful and kind. When I return, I will stay again.

The team was amazing 🤩 throughout our entire stay. Very respectful, responsive and accommodating. When we visit again we will definitely stay here. The 3 things I noticed are: 1. the workout equipment was old and out dated so no gym 2. the pool was not kept as clean as I am used to , which could have been due to the windy conditions we had with plenty of leaves 🍂 🍁 falling in 3. no active mosquito repellent such as off or the coil available for use Other than that the stay was great, even during the blackout, the staff worked very hard to get the generator running so we at least had electricity throughout the blackout and fans in the evening so our stay would be comfortable. We all had a blast and were very happy with the staff, they took very good care of us. I will miss them all already! Best 50th birthday celebration ever!!!

This stay was 10s across the board. From the moment we booked our stay Yenir was in contact ready to help plan our stay. Once we arrived in Cuba we were picked up by a taxi coordinated by the team. The house looked exactly like the pictures and as described. Having access to the rooftop was an added plus after a long day. The beds were comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was HUGE. The loaner cell phone came in handy while out exploring! Wifi was available, unless the power was out - which did happen for a couple hours each day. Gretel was always a text away to answer questions and help with booking anything needed. This home is about a 10 minute cab ride to Havana. We preferred that and enjoyed walking this quiet neighborhood, to the Maclecón, walking to dinner and even the store across the street. This will definitely be our spot when we return to Cuba. Thank you to this team for making our first visit to Cuba feel like home! xo

This was our second year staying at Villababy and we are already making plans to return! The team at the house (Yaquelin, Laura and Mariano) strike a magical balance of bring totally invisible and discrete until you need them and they are right at hand. The house is great with many private nooks (even bigger than it appears) for variety or if parts of your group need their own space. A week was not enough time to try all of the restaurants within walking distance-- and Vedado, Centro and Habana Vieja are all within 10-20 minutes by affordable taxi too. In the middle of the diplomatic neighborhood, you will feel incredible safe and secure day and night. This trip several of our party were knocked down for a couple days by a stomach bug and we couldn't have felt more cared for. They made us a traditional Cuban recipe (malanga, banana and rice puree) to settle our stomachs, and offered to make as a special lunch also. This kind of special treatment cannot be beat nor understated.

A spacious living area is highlighted by vibrant yellow walls and large windows that illuminate the space. Decorative tiles cover the floor, while a chandelier hangs above. Potted plants are placed around the room, contributing to a fresh atmosphere.

The place is very comfortable, it has an elevator and that is wonderful and difficult to find in old Havana, for travel with adults that is a huge plus. Super clean, with air conditioning that worked perfectly. They sell fruit in front and the people around are very friendly, everyone, both the owner and the caretakers, are very kind and always ready to help and advise. The place is not noisy, but it is very central and perfect for walking because everything touristy is close by. I would definitely come back.

This is the most beautiful house I've ever stayed in on airbnb, we can explore the whole villa freely, the terrace also has a panoramic view of Havana, the area around the villa is quiet, there is a nice restaurant just across the street.I especially enjoyed hosting our housekeeper, she looked wise and funny, she told us about the history of the house and was happy to be with her.

The spacious common area features an elegant design with high ceilings and decorative molding. Vintage furniture is arranged thoughtfully, including comfortable seating and a coffee table. A chandelier hangs from the ceiling, and a vibrant plant is positioned in the foreground, adding a touch of greenery.

It was a pleasure to stay at casa densil. The hosts (Camila & Adrian) were always around for any questions we had. They offered breakfast, drinks and activities. The room was clean and they even had room service. They had a little issue with the WIFI but they also offered sim cards.

This place was great! When I arrived Philippe came down and helped me with my luggage, explained to me how both keys worked (one for the gate downstairs and my room key), showed me my room, and answered any questions I had. The tall ceilings and simple but elegant and clean space is very welcoming in the dining room and living room. My room had a safe inside the armoire, a.c and rotating fan, and it’s own balcony! They changed the sheets and cleaned the room everyday, and made breakfast for 5 Cuc a day. They had coffee and tons of fruit , toast and eggs, and sometimes ham and cheese. Yeri made my breakfast about everyday and she was very sweet and helpful. The people go the extra mile there. As a woman solo traveler I felt safe that there was a doorman there in the afternoons and all through the night. I made friends with both of them (both names Jorge Luis) and could hang out downstairs on the street feeling more than protected. When I go back I’d love to stay there again. I woke up in my own bed back home, missing my room at Hostal San Juan. Without a doubt would I want to stay there again!

I loved my overnight stay at Tiz's place. I've been to Cuba many times and always prefer staying in a casa particular or, in this case, an Airbnb over a hotel. Tiz and Jesus both were very helpful, always responding promptly to my questions. Jesus and I spoke on the phone the day before I arrived and he gave me very clear instructions on how to check in. The young woman working at the house could not have been friendlier. I felt right at home, very comfortable and definitely chose the right place! I will definitely call Tiz when I am next in Havana.

The host from the moment one is aware of you when you book, gives you all the directions, and they are super easy to find the place. The place is super located in Havana Vieja punto where you can visit multiple places on foot. The room is as described , clean and impeccable . The people who serve you are paying attention to you for everything . Breakfast is delicious. Changing the money with them is also easy and with a very good exchange rate. The only thing to improve is le Internet very intermitente but it is common fear that I lived in the country. Thank you, thank you for your hospitality.

Great value room close to Havana old town. They arrange your taxi from the airport, change your money at a good rate. Lots of good recommendations and an amazing view of the sea right in front of the building. Breakfast is good too. If you can get the room with the private terrace they serve it to you outside your room in the morning. I’d stay again

Place with a good structure. It is in the center of Havana, so keep in mind that you will have to walk to the tourist area. The hosts and staff were attentive and helpful. I only had trouble with other guests who listened to loud music during the night. Outside this is a rather cozy room.

Juan Carlos' stay at home was very welcoming, we were welcomed by his parents Juan Carlos e Ide. Both very kind, loving and predisposed to make us feel comfortable and safe like at home. They got us transferred to the airport immediately, helped us make the currency exchange, and also prepared a wonderful breakfast (at a very affordable cost). Juan Carlos gave us local recommendations, and told us how to guide us in the city. We were able to enjoy an interesting chat with both, where they told us about the reality of Cuba and became interested in our country. The experience in their home is truly second to none.

Very friendly host. Very well located and very nice accommodation we rented the 2 bedrooms so had a small terrace to ourselves as well as the bathroom. Unlike a little complicated for the arrival, no sign or buzzer at the bottom of the building to warn . Not having a Cuban phone card fortunately the people on the street were able to contact the host . The building lock is also difficult to open . to visit Havana perfect location.

We were for only one night in Catherine's house and we really enjoyed it. She has a very beautiful tasteful decorated colonial house. The room we had was big with a small terrace and a nice spacious bathroom. We had our breakfast on the front terrace of the house and it was delicious with a lot of tropical fruits. Catherine is a friendly open person, who made us feel at home from the moment we met her. We are very happy we were able to stay with her and we'll definitely recommend her to our frineds.

The flat was beautiful, clean, imaginatively decorated and very close to everything. Great views of the city and easy to access. The host, Melvis and her niece Claudia, were extremely friendly, personable and we felt safe and welcome as Claudia was available for all our queries, anxieties and local recommendations. Helpful to get us taxis and to offer help and facilitate flexible check in and check out times for us. Wonderful, professional host and a brilliant creative and healthy breakfast!

Our stay at Isa's place was very good. From the reception from Umberto, one of the managers in charge of the house, who was concerned about our arrival since we were delayed due to the flight. Breakfasts are plentiful and delicious with their delicious mango juices, fruit dishes, toast, tortilla and a long etc. We were so delighted with the treatment received from Umberto that we repeated our stay in the final stage of our trip. Also noteworthy is the attitude of Mercedes, Isa's sister, who treated us as if we were family. We will miss the talks about Cuban history. Thanks for everything, wait

Dayi and her daughter are super friendly; they treat me like family. They are also good at speaking English, so don't be afraid to ask them for help. The house is in a good location to visit the old town in Cuba, and they also offer air conditioning, hot water, and water. They make my trip to Havana excellent, I really hope to see them one day☺️

If you have to spend a few days in Havana, go to Ariadne. Dynamic girl, always ready to solve everything from the taxi at the airport to the arrival to the sims, to the collective taxis. Spacious house, with two rooms and two bathrooms. Although we haven't tried any other solutions, we can tell you that it's definitely one of the best. The difficult economic situation in Cuba makes it difficult to assort the bathroom products that I recommend carrying in the doses allowed in your luggage. However, the whole experience is to be rated 5 stars: super Ariadne ❤️‍🔥

Ricardo was an impeccable Host, we couldn't have wished for better, a Host with a capital H. Always available and friendly, being a guest with him is like being part of his family. He helped us in every aspect of the stay, solving some small problems we had. His always precise and timely advice on activities, places to visit and places to eat made the stay unforgettable. His staff and his wife were also wonderful. If you're going to Havana, I can only recommend staying with him.

Honestly, they make you feel part of the family from the first moment. Both Fanny and her mom were available all the time, helping with every question, query and suggestion. The room is super clean, clean sheets, air conditioning, fan... a balcony to appreciate Havana, beautiful. The location is perfect because it is close to all the tourist places to visit... a couple of blocks from the capitol, so a 10. The breakfast is very complete and varied, but above all, being able to chat with them about the Cuban reality. Very nice family. I loved being at Ana's and her family's place. It was cheerful, solar, easy! I enjoyed my room a lot - I felt at home there! (hot water & hair dryer!) I liked the spontaneity of Ana, our conversations and the environment (centro habana!) between the Vedado and Vieja Habana, perfect! Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Leya's. Everybody who was working there was very friendly and helpful . The room was authentically decorated and very comfortable with attention to detail. Leya also helped us with arranging transfers and exchanging money at a reasonable rate. Thanks for a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!
