Jean-Marc is an exceptional host! Very warm and attentive, he called me before my arrival to share all his good plans and tips to ensure that my stay went smoothly. Thanks to him, I was able to discover beautiful places around Lovagny and Annecy. The studio is perfectly optimized, clean, well-appointed and very pleasant to stay in. It is located in a quiet area, while being close to points of interest, and about 15-20 minutes from Annecy by car. I highly recommend this listing and thank Jean-Marc again for hosting us!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. The hosts are very attentive and we were hosted very well from the 1st day. In addition, the pool is particularly pleasant. We recommend 100%. Signed Rémi, Justine and Célia.

The house is confortable, the spaces were clean and everything was as described. The design of the house is modern and with enough technology involved to get you confort. Mathieu is a very nice host, very communicative and I think he made his job in the best way. We found help when needed also from the population! We found only nice and gentle people. Maybe remember to have cash with you because someone don't make you pay by card (anyway is full of banks). The only thing i have to underline is that lights of the street are turned off after midnight and you're gonna be very careful if for any reason you're not at home because you're not far from the main streets. I guess the only negative thing cannot be controlled by this host so I reccomend you this house and this visit! I may also come back next time!

We had a pleasant and quiet stay. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. It matches the photos exactly. Bedding is high quality We really enjoyed the outdoor space with garden furniture and deckchairs. The accommodation is about 30 minutes from Annecy. We would recommend this listing.
