Huge, traditionally furnished apartment in the heart of the Black Forest with an amazing view in the middle of nature. 110 m² (1200 ft²) with a great balcony, including a BBQ grill. The surrounding forest is only 2 minutes away by foot: an idyllic paradise for hikers and mountain bikers with endless trails to discover. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a wellness tub, a cosy living room and a dining area. The two bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed.

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg. In our village there are two bakeries, a butcher's shop, 4 restaurants and 2 supermarkets. The parking place is situated about 5m from Appartments Entrance.

Dream house with home cinema close to vineyards

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors.
