Monthly Rentals in Hauklappi

The cottage is isolated from the civilization without electricity nor running water but the facility is definitely more than enough to make yourself comfortable and immerse yourself fully in the Finnish nature. The view from the cottage is absolutely stunning and in the night only you hear is water waves and animal sounds. We were here beginning of October and could enjoy sunlights at the port. We didn’t go into the lake (apparently it was 7 degrees) but hopefully we can come back to enjoy the swimming in the lake in summer! The cottage itself was built by the owner Mari-Anne and it was unbelievably well designed! We were so happy to be able to stay at her cottage. Mari-Anne was very responsive and gave us all the help needed including the explanation of fire and gas system. She is such a lovely person to interact with.

From the very first day, we absolutely loved it. The Airbnb was perfectly equipped, and nothing was missing. The sauna, whirlpool, and the entire outdoor area are a dream. We will miss the peace and the wonderful nature. It was a fantastic 7 days. Anne was super friendly and helpful and responded immediately to any questions. We will definitely come back!

Loved the cosy feel of the cottage, especially the fireplace and outside sauna. We all enjoyed playing games at night and were delighted to awake with unbelievable lake view.had a amazing time there,I wish we could have spent more time there,for sure will visit again.
