Panorama Villa + Sauna on the shores of Lake Saimaa

When you're looking for stunning views, a unique experience, and the tranquility of nature. The property has a living room, kitchenette, bathroom, sauna and a large illuminated terrace. Panorama Villa is located on the shores of Lake Saimaa, in front of a long shoreline. Between the sandy beach and Villa, there is a lawn where you can play frisbee golf, petanque, and other outdoor activities. The lake landscape is visible from the living room, porch and sauna. At the back of the villa there is a summer kitchen recess with a Weber gas grill. In winter there is an ice hole.

Affordable accommodation for two

A small inexpensive place to stay where you sleep in a cool room. Located on the ground floor of a stone house with a window overlooking the yard. There is a film on the window that prevents the yard from being seen in. A small hallway with access to the TOILET. The toilet has a bidet shower, a floor drain, and a shower curtain. NO ACTUAL BATHROOM . Bathrobes and beach shoes are provided for guests. There are stairs to the beach from the side of the house. There is also an indoor swimming pool next door. A sofa, 160 cm wide, is spread out in the space for sleeping.

The views from the cottage on the shore of the large lake Iijärvi open up in every direction. The plot is land-forest based and the beaches are suddenly deepening. A large beach patio and a large jetty bring comfort to the beach and what could be better than jumping from the jetty into the lake in the summer heat while enjoying a sauna. The main building has a living room, kitchenette, dining area, 2 bedrooms, a large loft, a toilet with a shower cabin and a closet. The kitchen has a gas stove and the toilet has an electric toilet seat with a bidet function.

Sauna cabin Pöllölä

Atmospheric sauna cottage on the shore of Lake Saimaa. The vast forests surrounding the cottage offer wonderful opportunities for berry picking and mushroom picking. You can fish from the shore of the cottage or go by rowing boat to the lake. For cyclists, there are miles of dirt roads to ride. The cottage is located along the Ruokolahti canoeing route (102km). A short distance from the tree sauna to swimming. No running water, drinking water to be brought with you. Water for washing is drawn from the lake. A rowboat is available.

The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Log cabin with beach sauna

Charming 65 m² cottage located in Ruoholampi, Lappeenranta, close to the LUT campus. The cottage features a small private yard and beach. For an authentic Finnish sauna experience, enjoy the traditional lakeside wood-fired sauna with its gentle heat. The beach is shallow and child-friendly. The cabin accommodates up to 4 people. During the summer of 2026, the lake water level is exceptionally low, as is the case elsewhere in Eastern Finland. So swimming may be difficult in shallow areas.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

There are no amenities on the beach; water is carried from Lake Saimaa. The beach is accessible by car. Kid-friendly beach, or shallow sandy bottom. A big private yard, a tram for the kids, and a toddler experience. A nearby school with a skatepark and jumping equipment. Nature and jogging trails nearby! Nearest shops about 1 km.
