Monthly Rentals in Hassayampa

This house was located in a quiet neighborhood with a small playground near by for the kids to go to in the evenings. House was clean and not cluttered. It had everything we needed. The backyard was simple, yet super relaxing and a wonderful area for our boys to practice karate and run around. The only downside was the walls are pretty thin and don’t seem to have a ton of insulation, so we could hear quite a bit even with the doors closed. The child locks on the cupboards are a huge plus for people traveling with toddlers. We brought our own games (because we never know) and had a wonderful time. Definitely would stay again!

Had a great stay in Sandra's guest suite. She was a great host and everything was neat and clean. Kitchen is a bit "cozy" but did the job. The smoke alarm / heat sensor did go off twice while just making regular toast, which then made us paranoid to cook anything. My one note would be that it was not clear from the description that you share walls with the host - the space is attached to the main house and we could hear early morning and late night departures. Other than that, things were great.

Brian’s place was better than the description and pictures. A few things exceeded expectations; the bed/bedding was so comfortable, water pressure was good in the shower, and the neighborhood was good for walking. They were wonderful hosts and I hope to visit again soon.

The home was perfect- we just really needed somewhere to clean up and rest each night so we didn’t really get to take advantage of all the home offered. We were happy to have a place that was clean and comfortable. Alexis was proactive with excellent communication your instructions. I would definitely recommend staying here.
