My family and I stayed at Adele’s place as we were guests as a wedding at Middleton Lodge. The location was perfect and the village is lovely. The cottage is well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

We stayed at The Bakehouse for a couple of nights as a little birthday celebration for our daughter. It was exactly what we were looking for. It is immaculately well kept and has obviously been renovated with love and attention to detail. It has everything you could need, there was even a special little bag of items for the dog. The cottage is just as described and if anything the rooms were larger than we anticipated. Beds were comfy, everything worked, the bath / shower was always hot and although we had no need of the log burner it was comforting to know it was ready to go. Loads of beautiful local walks and scenery, farm shops abound, and eye tests at Barnard Castle are easily accessible. I would definitely recommend The Bakehouse to friends and we hope to visit again. Great little cottage in a location really convenient for the centre of Richmond. Fantastic value for money.

Stay was very enjoyable. The location is quiet and private. Craig was a great host. Would book again and intend to soon.
