The apartment was completely renovated in 2015. A high-quality branded kitchen was newly installed in 2018. Location: Central yet in the countryside, with perfect connections (city bus) and free parking. The apartment is on the top 18th floor (penthouse feeling).

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Our family-run farm offers you and your beloved animals the opportunity to vacation together. Horses are accommodated in open places directly at the house. All other four-legged friends are also well taken care of. Right outside our door, the Jakosweg passes by. 500 m you are in the forest. Sandbox as well as the enclosure with donkeys make children's hearts beat faster. Of course, anyone who just wants to relax and enjoy nature is also very welcome.
