Great place to relax and brilliant idea with unused space at the bottom of the garden

Gem of a place! Very unique house in a prime location for exploring the derbyshire dales or the peak district. I couldn’t recommend this stay more!

John was very welcoming and friendly. The place is very clean lots of space, we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Lots of high chairs and smaller travel cots and mattresses. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back again.

Another lovely holiday at one of our favourite places to stay! Such a comfortable place giving room and space for family gatherings . The hot tub was a welcome addition and a treat after doing numerous walks along the trails which are literally on the doorstep of the property. Great butchers for bbq and handy well stocked co op just down the road and the Chinese in the village was fantastic! A great place to stay and I would recommend to others! Jennie is a great host and easy to communicate with.
