The bedroom has 2 single beds and the living room has a comfortable sofa bed. The city center of Göttingen and the railway station are reached within 15 minutes by bus. Unfortunately the apt. is not suited for wheelchairs as there is a stairway leading to the entrance. Also smoking inside and pets are not allowed here. We look forward to your stay!

The property consists of a living room with bunk beds for 2 people, a kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. A washing machine and a dryer are available for a fee (payment to be made in cash). The holiday apartment also offers a shared balcony where you can relax in the evening.

Our renovated approx. 45 square meter basement apartment is located in a quiet detached house in Weende-Nord with parking in front of the house. The apartment is about 5 km from the center. The city bus stops outside our door. The clinic and the university are easily accessible. A longer rental period is possible. Since we had 2x long-term tenants over several months last year, the Superhost status is currently not met due to the evaluation criteria. Internet access: 100 MBits.

The cozily furnished bright apartment is located in the Göttingen East Quarter only about 1 km away from the historic old town very close to the Schillerwiesen. In a few steps you can reach the bus stop with direct connection to the train station 2 km away. The apartment of about 31 square meters consists of a living and sleeping room with sofa bed, a smaller work and sleeping room with a single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet) and direct access to a pretty garden terrace.

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. The apartment has its own entrance, a beautiful terrace and the garden (fire pit) can also be used. In addition to a kitchen with an oven and fridge, a washing machine is also available. The house is located in a quiet residential area with nice neighbors. The small town, with good infrastructure, can be reached on foot in five minutes.

A spiral staircase leads directly from the bedroom down to the living area with a small kitchen. In front of it is the small terrace. Public parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport connection to Göttingen via buses and trains (in 9 minutes the train is at Göttingen train station)

Spacious and cozy accommodation in a particularly quiet location overlooking the Leinetal. The newly furnished apartment is located in a new building from 2024.
