You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

The accommodation offers you a room, two beds, table, chairs, a closet, as well as a kettle, tea and more. The bathroom has a large sink and a walk-in shower. Shampoo and towels are of course available. The toilet, bathroom and room are together and are a separate unit just for you. A large glass front with glass doors opens up a view of the countryside. The excellent location is central, without traffic, quiet, bright and green.

Comfortable, recently renovated apartment in the centre of Bregenz. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the Lake of Constance or the Pfänder-ropeway. We are a family with two children (10 and 16 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is a self-contained apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are just around the corner. We have a nice view over the Rhine Valley.
