By train, you can reach the Festspielhaus in Bregenz in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity begins the local recreation area "Lauteracher Ried" with a popular swimming lake. The first ski resorts can be reached in 20 minutes.

It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the lido (newly built in 2024), the mini-golf course, a boat rental, a skating rink and the possibility for SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

Our apartment "Ida" is located in the Werksiedlung 46 in Hard, directly opposite the quiet floodplain forests around the river delta of the Bregenzer Ach, a nature reserve that offers numerous sports and recreational opportunities. The cultural and festival city of Bregenz is just a walk or short bike ride away. And with the Bregenzerwald, you have picture-book Vorarlberg on your doorstep. In the apartment you will find a booklet with a wealth of personal tips.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the first floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern amenities. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located space. The apartment offers with 47 sqm a bedroom with two single beds (80x200) that can be converted into a double bed. In the living area there is also a sofa bed (180x200). High-quality materials create a real feel-good atmosphere. The triple glazing guarantees peace and quiet and the quality kitchen, which is equipped with a number of appliances, leaves nothing to be desired.

Beautiful farmhouse in the countryside

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.
