In the immediate vicinity are the beach club (newly built in 2024), the mini-golf course, a boat rental service, a playground, a skate park, and the option for stand-up paddleboarding. Due to its location in the "Dreiländereck" (tri-border area), this is the perfect starting point for bike tours and hikes.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

The village centre (public transport, bakery and pizzeria) can be reached on foot in two minutes and is the starting pint for many activities in the region.
