The waterfront, shopping, cafes and restaurants are in close proximity. Within the village, everything is within walking distance or accessible by bicycle. On foot: Train station - 8 minutes Bakery for breakfast - 10 min. Norma 5 min. Natural beach that invites you to swim 15 min. Fair visit by car 10 minutes Bike rental is possible in the village

Das helle, großzügige, sehr modern ausgestattete und stilvoll eingerichtete Apartment (ca. 95 m²) mit 2 Balkonen liegt sehr zentral direkt an der Uferpromenade von Friedrichshafen und ganz in der Nähe von Bahnhof, Restaurants, Biergärten, Bäcker, Supermärkten, Hafen und der Fußgängerzone. Man ist in ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß am Bodenseeufer und am Beach Club. Zur Messe und zum Flughafen sind es jeweils nur ca. 4 km. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz ist im Preis inbegriffen. Schnelles WLAN ist vorhanden.

The apartment and the little garden are very tastefully decorated. Everything is in impeccable condition and lovingly prepared for guests. The small place is very quiet and ideal as a starting point for bike rides. Renata had designed corresponding maps and suggestions for excursions, which we loved. We often sat outside and could have breakfast on the terrace in April. The street is close to the garden, but is not frequented and nothing was heard in the apartment. We loved the apartment and landlords!

Nice apartment, perfectly clean with parking right in front. The bed was awesome, very comfortable. Amazing soft towels too. There was a washing machine in the kitchen (not mentioned in the description). Communication with Phillip was great. As a negative I'd say the kitchen could have been better equipped. The blind folders don't make the rooms completely dark.

We were warmly welcomed. The rooms are spacious and especially to mention that the kitchen is tip-top equipped. We enjoyed the surroundings very much. The nearest supermarkets are easily accessible by bike. Since the apartment is located directly on a village road, we were woken up early in the morning by tractors and construction machines passing by. But we still felt super comfortable and we could feel the rest for body spirit and soul.

We were able to enjoy a great getaway. The communication with Christian was friendly and very accommodating. We appreciated the quiet location of the apartment as well as the possibility of being able to explore the area on foot or by bike. The apartment is top for two people and offers simple comfort. A spacious bathroom with good heating and a great bedroom with a large bed complete the good offer.

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good.
