Property was easy to find and the directions on the page are correct. Host lit the fire for us on arrival and left some homemade cookies that were delicious. Everything was really clean and tidy throughout the hut and it is very cozy. Offered the type of milk we wanted, bottles of water were provided as well as tea and coffee. Ideal for couples who want peace and quiet throughout their stay. The donkey sanctuary is only a 4 minute drive away. We didn't use the bathtub but it looked very clean and can fit two people easily. Everything supplied for cooking that you would need, pots, pans, baking trays and utensils. Cups and glasses were also provided. Definitely would recommend, a lovely little cosy hut to relax and unwind.

The cottage was beautiful and clean. Lovely to arrive to a tray ready for a cup of tea, with tea coffee and milk. And the table set for our evening meal. Beautifully private surroundings, very pretty with all the flowers. Whole site spotless. Very comfortably furnished, and well equipped. It was a pleasure staying there. We didn't actually meet Christina, but the manager, Michaela, on site, was very welcoming and helpful. Would love to stay again sometime.

What an absolute gem. Tucked away down a quiet country lane and within easy walking distance of a beach this place was an absolute delight to stay in. Check in was a breeze and we found the property to be clean and well equipped, matching its online description perfectly. The property had a lovely garden with seating and was only a ten minute walk from Sidmouth donkey sanctuary. The property came with a useful information book with recommendations for places to eat which we used. A number of other well known south Devon coastal towns were only a short drive away and the property was only 30 minutes drive from Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful property. Thank you Linda for a lovely stay.

The annexe was very lovely, well furnished, quality bed linen and towels, bed was super comfy 🙂 fitted kitchen with everything you would need for your stay. Donkey sanctuary is always worth a visit, unlike most attractions it’s free, but please do donate if you do go, they do a fantastic job. The annexe is set back off quite a busy road but we couldn’t hear any traffic noise. We didn’t actually meet Monica during our stay but she is very quick to respond to any queries. We did however meet her helpful and very pleasant husband John. All in all great accommodation and lovely hosts Julie & Neil
