In the middle of the dunes of Zuid-Kennemerland nature park, 300m from the beach, lies this spacious vacation home with unobstructed sea views. Warm yourself by the wood-burning stove after a long beach walk or enjoy the setting sun from the front terrace. From the balcony by the bedroom, you can see the sun rise in the morning above the dune landscape, where deer can often be seen. The house is spacious, has 2.5 floors and has all the comforts. There is a shared swimming pool + sauna.

Basecamp in IJmuiden is a Tiny House Eco Resort with 33 unique Tiny Houses. ÖÖD Suite is one of the first mirror houses, characterized by Scandinavian minimalism. Here you are one with nature. The house is completely immersed in the environment. Birds won’t even notice you are there and will continue their song while you are preparing breakfast. Visit our partners at the beach or order your food online as the ÖÖD Suites do not have a kitchen. Cosy family home, free parking!

This luxurious family house was restored in 2024. With 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. A large open kitchen and a cozy garden with a tv and a mini-fridge. It is also possible to add an extra baby bed. Just a 5 min walk to the trainstation to Amsterdam, This train will take you to Haarlem city in 10 minutes, and 25 minutes to Amsterdam. Also, if you want to go to the beach, its a 15 min drive to IJmuiden and if you take the train, you can be at Zandvoort in 25 min!
