Monthly Rentals in Hanoi

This is the perfect getaway. 30-45 minutes to old quarter but only 10-15 USD one way depending on time of day/night. Very clean, safe, and grocery walking distance.

Our stay in Hoang's apartment was great. First of all, Hoang is super communicative and helpful, whatever the needs are. I would give him 6/5 stars, if it was possible. Check in was as easy as it gets. The apartment is exactly as described and matches the pictures. It's on the eight floor with a great view, and it's really spacious. The interior is modern and well thought-through. There is only an AC in the sleeping room and at first it took some time to get the room cooled down but after some hours the temperature was pleasant, even with 35 degrees outside. One thing though: The curtains don't block the light well. A sleeping mask is helpful. The apartment is situated in a very calm area. There are literally no tourists around. We felt safe all the time, though. So if you want to stay away from the noise of central Hanoi, this is a great spot to do so. We would come back anytime.

It's a very nice condo—lots of living space, a big bathroom, and a kitchen area. Getting there from the airport is also very simple, just take the bus and get off at the last stop, the flat is right next to the station. The city centre is also close, it's walkable and has lots of shops, food places, and street vendors on every street. The host is very kind and responsive. If you plan to visit the city, definitely check this listing out.

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a few local spots and fairly walkable distance to the Lotte mall and “Tây Hồ”. Host is friendly and proactive, and also makes sure that guests are comfortable by checking in the next day. Room is very clean upon check in. The price is a great deal and hopefully it stays that way so I can book whenever I visit again. :)
