Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. A small but very cozy place to stay for peace and quiet. Sea view with the option of swimming from a private dock. Morning sun on the patio and close to Karlslund Marina, which has a restaurant. The house consists of one floor with a kitchen, living room, toilet/shower, and washing machine. On the upper level, which is not at standing height, there is a loft with a double bed (mattress); it is very cozy to sleep there. It is important to note that there is a steep staircase to the loft. The sofa can also be made up as a bed if you want.

Southern Stockholm's best kite beach is close by, as well as Vrakdykarna, who dive with you to unique wrecks nearby. Beautiful hiking trails with wooden houses in Swiss style and viewpoints with miles of views. A few hundred meters away there is tennis, mini golf, beach volleyball, outdoor gym and soccer field with artificial grass. Several restaurants close by. Bus + commuter train takes you to Stockholm city center in 70 minutes. Lovely, isn't it?

Welcome to Paradise. Wake up to the sounds of birdsong and the wind. On the outskirts of Paradiset Nature Reserve is this gem. Close to town but still in the countryside. The villa trailer is located on a farm where we live. On the farm, there are chickens and horses, among other things. Marked hiking trails in the forest are a few hundred meters from the trailer. If you want to go swimming, it is 1 km to the lake. It is 1 km to the bus stop that takes you to the commuter train in Haninge or Huddinge. By car, it is 20 minutes from Globen.

A place to relax and recover! Calm and quiet on the island. Cute guesthouse with associated extra cottage of 15m2, at the far end of Muskö Canada in the Stockholm Archipelago. There is a sauna available for rent at an additional daily charge. The house is about 1 hour drive from Stockholm. Bicycles are available to borrow. At 7 minutes walk there is sea bathing with jetties, sandy beach, toys for children. The cottage is surrounded by nice nature ,a rich wildlife.
