The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Rent our summer paradise this summer, just 25 minutes from Stockholm City! The cottage was built in 1930 but has been added to in stages. The property is about 700 square meters. In the main cottage, there is a kitchen, toilet and shower, living room with wood-burning stove, dining area, bedroom and exit to the patio. At the back, there is a lawn, trampoline, sun deck on different levels, guest house, outdoor kitchen/garden bar, wood-fired hot tub, sauna, barbecue and pizza oven. A few minutes walk down Torgvägen, there is a large swimming beach, a store, and a restaurant.
