This unique, amazing house is built in the 18th century but has been renovated extensively over the years where old charm meets new. The house is state-of-the-art with good facilities and heating systems. Well insulated. The living room with kitchen and living room measures 4 meters in ceiling height and has a fireplace and a large glass section that provides a fantastic view of the pool and the sea. There are several patio decks on the property totaling 300 sqm. The surroundings are beautiful with sea, rich wildlife and lots of forest as well as 15 minutes walking distance to the sea tavern.

Cozy cottage near the lake of 40 sqm with windows facing the sea and the jetty. Veranda with outdoor furniture. Underfloor heating throughout the house and also a fireplace in the living room. A basket of firewood is included. Open kitchen with oven, stove, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Living room with sofa bed (140cm) and table/chairs. Bedroom with 2 beds. Toilet and shower. Canoe is available to borrow in summer. Other times in consultation. Pets and smoking not allowed. Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

In the middle of Utö with walking distance to beaches and amazing nature is this little gem. Perfect for those who want a quiet place to stay in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people. The minimum booking is two days. Just a few minutes walk to the sea. Several excellent hiking trails are on Utö. A map is located in the house. A great little restaurant is within walking distance. The "Samhället" Gruvan is about 4 km away, where most restaurants, a grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga pier.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.
