From here you can explore Hamburg on foot, the public transport is also all directly accessible. Large couch, cozy bed, 48" TV, great kitchen, it's all there for you. Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

The duplex apartment is on the 2nd + 2nd floor of a terraced house. It impresses with the large, open living room with kitchen and adjoining roof terrace. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms and a shower room. The large bedroom has a king size (1.80 x 2 m) and a queen size bed (1.40 x 2 m). In the small bedroom there is a queen size bed (1.40 x 2 m). Check-in is flexible (by appointment) We renovated the apartment in November 2025.

Vacation home with dog care

We offer a cozy and pet-friendly apartment with care options for your pet. Our old farmhouse is located directly on the forest between Winsen (Luhe) and the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. With us on the farm live a dog, a cat, three ponies and a few chickens. The accommodation is particularly suitable for people who want to take their four-legged friends with them on vacation, as we offer loving on-site care in our own dog area (for a fee).

Mitten in der Stadt im begehrten Szeneviertel Sternschanze - St. Pauli und doch sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstrasse, mit eigenem Garten lässt es sich bei mir so richtig schön entspannen :) Fussläufig zur Messe und zum Partyviertel, zu vielen leckeren Restaurants und guten Bar's, diversen Theatern und Musical's bis hin zu schönen Parks die zu einem Spaziergang einladen, hat man alles vor der Haustür was das Herz begehrt.

Our simple little house offers a well-equipped pantry, shower room/toilet, dining area, cozy sofa and tiled stove on the first floor. On the upper floor (space-saving stairs, see photos) box spring bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), satellite TV, large desk with view.
