Lovely apartment with balcony

This place is quietly located between the city and the countryside. By public transport, Hamburg city center can be reached very well in about 40 minutes. Here on site we have a beautiful environment with lots of nature and a charming village center. The Elbe with its fantastic beach is also just a stone's throw away and absolutely recommended!!

This home is absolutely beautiful and the host is wonderful. The location is about 30 minutes outside of Hamburg. But it’s the perfect place for relaxing, quiet time and beautiful surroundings and especially if you have dogs. It’s a short walk over to the water and many easy walking trails for miles. Even in the winter time, it was still beautiful and a much needed quiet retreat.

Maja was a wonderful host. She toured us around her beautiful property and made sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely responsive to requests and questions. It is clear she enjoys hosting! The place was lovely, airy, and bright. We stayed for three days and biked all around the countryside: along the Elbe and through beautiful forests and farmlands. This area is wonderful for birding and biking!

The apartment was easy to find and very accessible by public transport. The amenities are especially suitable for families with children. Our oldest daughter (4) had a lot of fun with the available toys (dolls, books, musical instruments, building blocks and much more.) The sofa is spacious and comfortable and invites you to relax. In the kitchen there is everything you need. Only the doorbell takes some getting used to. We didn't realize at first that someone had rung the bell. We were just wondering what that noise was. So if something chirps or squeaks funny, that's the doorbell ;-) During our stay, the hot tub was broken. If that is important for the booking, ask in advance if it has been repaired. It was irrelevant for our stay, we only chose the apartment because of the number of rooms and beds. We were traveling with 5 adults and 1 toddler and 1 baby and had more than enough space.

The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. Everything was sparkling clean, very new and modern, and there was nothing missing. Robert was very friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. You can drive by car close to the apartment, on the street there is plenty of parking. For the winter months, I recommend bringing a few warm socks.

We had a lovely stay at Eike's! We felt right at home in the apartment, we were even greeted with fresh flowers. The apartment is cozy, very nicely decorated and there was nothing missing. The area is quiet and yet there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. In addition, you can get to the city very quickly by public transport (bus and S-Bahn). Eike is a super nice host and the communication was very pleasant. He also gave us great tips for Hamburg. We would come back anytime!

Our stay in Philip's cozy and beautiful apartment was perfect all around. We immediately felt comfortable. Communication was great, very friendly and fast. The location is great! In about 7 minutes' walk, you are at Altona train station and can get anywhere from there. But you can also take the bus, which stops almost right outside the front door, to the train station or continue to Övelgönne to the Elbe beach. Directly opposite is a delicious restaurant and 3 minutes walk there is an Edeka and a DM. The residential area is very quiet as described and the balcony is a real highlight. We would love to come back!!
