The spacious loft-style apartment is centrally located between the popular districts of Schanze and Altona, right in the heart of the city, yet quietly situated in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the open-plan living, working, and dining area with its own tea and coffee station invites you to unwind and spend time there. On the generous terrace with seating area, you can relax beautifully. A fully equipped kitchen is available for use if needed.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

There are two bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room with toilet. From the hallway, there is a kitchen, another shower room with toilet and the spacious living & dining room with access to the terrace - where you are sun-drenched due to the south-west orientation.

With the best location, just one minute via Hamburg's Elbchausse to the Elbe, 10 minutes by rental scooter or rental moped (right outside the door) to the creative district of Ottensen and 20 minutes to Hamburg's city.

You will be staying in the geographical center of Hamburg - a perfect starting point for your Hamburg trip. The subway is just 150 m away and takes you to the shopping district, the town hall or the harbor in a few minutes. Free parking is available right outside the door. The guest suite in my townhouse offers you privacy and a cozy retreat. A 24-hour gym, a supermarket, cafés, restaurants are right outside the door and not far away a modern swimming pool.
