Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. This cabin / house is an excellent fit for those who want to get out into the mountains a bit while being only 15 minutes down to Brumunddal city centre. In the winter there are nice ski tracks right outside the door and the atmospheric cabin combined with the sauna creates the perfect winter experience. The house is also suitable for those who need a place to stay for a shorter period of time while renovating their house, or looking for something new. A cheap holiday / residence for small to large families.

As you can see the pichtures show you two cabins, built together. The new cabin have two bedrooms, bath and a smal kitchen. Separate toilet. The old cabin has tow rooms one a bedroom , the other a living rom. The furniture is old in this rom , and has some old paintings as well. There are a stove to make it warm, nice and cosy. Firewood for free. There are plenty of space to sit outside, in wintertime this is on the starting place for Birken skirace. 3km from Rena.

The house is located on a farm. Nice and quiet. Short distance to nice nature experiences. 300 m to nice trips with cross-country skis in winter, nice hiking opportunities in summer. Approx. 25 min by car to Lillehammer city center. (14 km) 30 min to Hafjell and Hunderfossen. If you want to ski in the mountains, it is about 15 min. by car to Fåberg Vestfjell. Large garden, so nice for families with children. It is recommended to have your own car☺️

The area also offers exciting activities such as dog sledding (Sjusjøen Huskey Tours).
