Our beautiful fully equipped apartment with 3 rooms is quiet idyll on the western outskirts of Hamburg. Having said that, the pulsating life of the centre of the Hamburg metropolis can be reached by a mere 1 minute walk to the closest bus stop which will take you in to Hamburg city center in just 40 minutes. Schenefeld and the surrounding area (for example, Klövensteen, Elbstrand) are perfect for those who love spending time outside and can be enjoyed by bike, or on a jog or leisurely stroll.

Das Studio liegt im UG des Hauses und verfügt über ein Doppelbett, Einbauküche, Tisch mit 2 bequemen Stühlen sowie ein eigenes Duschbad. This spacious, loft-style flat is centrally located between the popular Schanze/Altona districts – right in the heart of the action, yet quietly tucked away in a green courtyard. The bedroom offers a relaxing retreat, while the living/working/dining area with its own tea/coffee station invites you to linger. The large terrace with seating area is a wonderful place to relax. PLEASE NOTE: The entrance area (living/dining area) is passed through when coming and going, and the kitchen is shared.

Relax with 2-3 people with or without a dog from your activities in this cozy little accommodation near Hamburg. It is located at the end of a side street and leads directly to the field paths, cow meadows, the dog run, alpaca farm and the forest. The highway to Hamburg is only a few minutes away and then you are back in the hustle and bustle. If you stay a few days, you will find the North and Baltic Sea, restaurants, golf courses and more... in the area. Lockable bicycle box is available.

The property is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is within 8 minutes walking distance and leads directly to the main attractions. The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and unlimited in time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Welcome to the western outskirts of Hamburg! The apartment is located in a quiet street. In the bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa bed. The bright bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling shower and plenty of space. In the living room, we have realized a sleeping alcove with a 1.40 m wide box spring bed. The couch in the living room is also a sofa bed. The open bright kitchen has plenty of space and storage space. From the kitchen you can access the terrace.

The apartment has a free parking space with access to an e-charging station and is 10 minutes by car from the Schnelsen fairgrounds, 15 minutes by car from Hamburg airport, 30 minutes by car from downtown Hamburg. The property is a 7-minute walk from Bönningstedt Train Station. At the moment, there is a rail replacement traffic to Hamburg, so it takes about 1 hour by public transport to Hamburg.

The small cozy apartment is located on the edge of the Niendorf enclosure. The apartment has a separate entrance and terrace. A bus stop is within 2-3 minutes walking distance. With this bus line you can reach the subway(U2 Hagenbecks Tierpark) within 6-7 minutes and thus Hamburg can be explored. Free parking is available. The arenas, the NDR and Hagenbecks Tierpark are located in an extended environment.
