Newly renovated cottage perfect for the family with children who want a relaxed holiday in quiet surroundings. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) there is a lovely kitchen-living room, a cozy living room with TV and view for wood-burning stove. The bathroom comes with a toilet, bath, and a sink/dryer. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a cot as well as two children's rooms and toilet. In the annex there is a double bed, kitchenette bathroom and toilet. Everything is newly renovated in 2021. In the garden you will find trampoline etc.

The main house is from 1924 and appears in many respects in original condition. An atmospheric and authentic house that, in the finest way, testifies that Tisvildeleje has been a well-visited seaside town for more than a hundred years. On the grounds there are three more 'houses', each with their own charm; the courtyard guest house on two floors, the green annex in the garden as well as the secluded cabin.

The house has a lovely terrace with a view of the water and a small wild garden with a charming gazebo. It has 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen, with dining area as well with a view of the water and a lovely living room with room for relaxation and cosiness.

In addition, a good, large enclosed garden with trampoline, swing set with slide, sandbox, sofas, dining area and parasol. Shopping and station 10 minutes from here. 45-minute drive to Copenhagen. The house must NOT be used to hold a party, as it is our private home!
