Newly renovated cottage perfect for families with children who want a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) there is a beautiful kitchen, a cozy living room with TV and a view of the wood-burning stove. There is a bathroom with toilet, bath and washer/dryer. On the 1st floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a cot as well as two children's rooms and a toilet. In the annex, there is a double bed, kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. Everything is newly renovated in 2021. In the garden you will find a trampoline, etc.

82 m2 summer atmosphere with only a few minutes walk to a child-friendly beach and 4 km to Tisvilde. The house has a large bright living room/kitchen with direct access to a 100 m2 wooden terrace, where there is sun from morning to evening. Inside and outside spaces blend nicely and provide plenty of room for fun and play. The large windows of the living room mean that if you sit inside, you can still enjoy the warm rays of the sun. Beautiful views from the living room to the garden. There is a nice new bathroom and 3 rooms with room for a total of 6 people.

The main house is from 1924 and appears in many respects in its original condition. An atmospheric and authentic house that bears witness to the fact that Tisvildeleje has been a well-visited seaside resort for more than a hundred years. On the grounds there are three more 'houses', each with their own charm; the courtyard guest house on two floors, the green annex in the garden and the undisturbed shed.

The house has a lovely terrace overlooking the water and a small wild garden with a charming gazebo. It has 3 bedrooms and a large kitchen, with a dining area also overlooking the water and a lovely living room with space for relaxation and coziness.

Proximity to Isefjord beach, Kulhuse harbour and the fairytale-like North Forest (Nordskov) gives every nature-enthusiast a chance to find their own gems in this beautiful area. Kick back and relax in our tranquil, bright and cosy home while listening to the birds singing, watching squirrels chasing one another & even deer popping by for an early morning hello :)

Beautiful house of 176 m2 with a lovely garden in the middle of the old Tisvildeleje with gravel roads and large trees. 500 m to the beach, 500 m to the grocery store and Tisvilde Kro There are 2 toilets (1 bathroom with bathtub), covered terrace, outdoor fireplace and wood-burning stove in the living room 3 rooms with double beds in all rooms, room for 2 in each/6 in total. In the basement there is a washing machine, foosball and table tennis.

In addition, a good, large enclosed garden with trampoline, swing set with slide, sandbox, sofas, dining area and parasol. Shopping and station 10 minutes from here. 45-minute drive to Copenhagen. The house must NOT be used to hold a party, as it is our private home!
