Cozy year-round insulated wooden cottage from 1997 with large bright kitchen-living room and two exits to the outdoors. Outside, there is a covered wooden terrace and tiled terrace in the open air. At the back of the property there is a playhouse and sandpiles for the children. There is wireless internet (fibernet). Please note that guests must bring their own bed linen and towels and clean the house themselves upon departure, and that electricity consumption is paid separately.

The area invites you to take long walks along the water, where you can enjoy the view of the fjord, feel the breeze, and find peace. There are also countless opportunities for bike rides through the beautiful North Zealand countryside – for example, to the popular bathing beaches of Liseleje or Gilleleje, where you can enjoy a day by the sea. From the house, it's a 2-minute walk to Roskilde Fjord.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Small wooden cottage located in a big parklike and lush garden, private and separate from the main house, only a few minutes to a large forest, lovely beaches and a charming town with shops, cafees and restaurants, and close to the train. It has one main room with two beds put together, a separate kitchen for simple cooking and a bathroom. The terasse has a roof and is surrounded by flowers, trees and bushes. Suited for a romantic getaway.
