The house is located on the top of a hill overlooking the golf courses of the Asserbo Golf Club and 4 km from Denmark's best beaches. On the ground floor is the living room with wood-burning stove and the possibility of two overnight guests. There is a dining room with access to a large undisturbed garden, as well as a small cozy kitchen and bathroom w/underfloor heating, toilet and shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms. The garden has two covered terraces, a fire pit, and plenty of lawn with the option of ball games and play.

Welcome to "Bellevue" - our beautiful cottage in one of the highest places in Kulhuse. Here you have a view of the canopy of the North Forest and a fantastic light from morning to evening. At Bellevue you can really relax, recharge, and enjoy nature on the highest levels. Minutes from forest, beach, and close to shopping. We have designed our house as an adult house for four. Children over 15 are welcome. The house is built in 2022/2023 and we take good care of it. There is a charging box for electric car and hybrid car

Relax with the whole family in this serene oasis. The house is for about 6 people. There are 3 rooms. 1 room with double bed ( 140 cm) 1 room with a single bed that can be folded out to double bed ( 160 cm) and 1 room with a sofa bed ( 140 cm). There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with lovely living room with wood-burning stove. There is a lovely outdoor patio area and the grounds are a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the grounds are not fenced). Located like the last house on a dead end road.

PLEASE NOTE: The mentioned price is excluding use of electricity. Firewood is free but expenses for the use of electricity will be billed afterwards.

Vores bolig ligger tæt på skov og strand, udendørsaktiviteter og fantastiske udsigter og oplevelser. Vores bolig er god til par, solnydere, forretningsrejsende og familier (med børn). Boligen er handicapvenlig, uden dørtrin og egnet til kørestolsbrugere. Huset ligger ud til Liselejevej, men haven, orangeri og terrasse er ud mod en rolig villavej. Hele huset udlejes kun når vi selv er bortrejst. Der er også db.seng i orangeriet. Vi leverer både sengetøj og håndklæder. Husdyr er ikke tilladt.

This renovated cottage house from 1953 sets the scene for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful, calm and attractive environment. All this is just 45 min by car from Copenhagen center.

Enjoy a quiet stay in a small charming villa by scenic Melby exaggerated and only a 15 min walk to beautiful and bathing friendly beach. The house has a larger idyllic and lush garden, which over the warm months has lots of beautiful flowers and many cozy living areas. There is only a 5 minute walk to shopping, inn, restaurant, pizzeria, kiosk, etc. Only 2 km away is Liseleje, which has a fantastic beach, nature playground, ice cream houses and countless restaurants and bars.
