The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. Buggs Island Bungalow

Buggs Island Bungalow One of the oldest residences in Clarksville, the house dates back to the 1800's. We purchased it in 2019 and have lovingly renovated the space and returned it to its former glory. Enjoy all the amenities Clarksville has to offer. Enjoy morning coffee on the screened porch and then stroll to the lake or downtown for antique shopping, and then enjoy a brew at Buggs Island Brewing Company. Please note due to parking constraints we cannot accommodate boat parking.

This is a great place to stay. Everything you see is here. Clean comfortable getaway and quiet. Well worth the price I would say. My only slight complaint that can't be helped is the internet is a little slow for gaming. Watching movies on the Big roku TV works like a charm. Overall I loved it and the host were very accommodating and responsive. They even let us bring our small Christmas tree for the holiday. Definitely book this place!

The farm is a great place to visit, especially for kids. It's a quiet and beautiful area with an absolutely wonderful family running the farm. Sheila and James were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The animals, from dogs to goats to sheep are numerous and fun to watch and be around. I can't wait to go back!

Our brief stay at Ashley's Boutique Guest Stay in Downtown Clarksville was exactly what we were hoping for. We were in town for a 20-hour rendezvous with old college roommates. We chose Clarksville because it's halfway between our respective homes in Richmond, VA and Greensboro, NC. We chose Ashley's place because it was situated in the heart of downtown and offered plenty of space to relax and catch up. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and peaceful. The towels were deliciously thick and soft. And the porch overlooking the street was perfect for morning coffee and people-watching. So perfect, in fact, that we overstayed our check-out by 20 minutes! Sorry about that, Ashley...

This is a great base on a beautiful private lake. It is comfortable space wise for two, though you could certainly squeeze a few more if you wanted. The lake and the surrounding woods are very inviting, and there are plenty of fish to be caught and wildlife to spot.the host is really responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a private getaway or for a place to stay in the area for local events.

Jack was a very responsive host and quick to respond to our questions. The lodge was clean and the bedding smelled freshly washed. The great room was a wonderful place to be together as a family for an early Christmas and making memories. Jack is very accommodating and truly a super host.
