Great place to stay. I stayed here with a friend to attend Blue Ridge Rock Festival 2022. Linda and her staff were so kind. They make you feel at home and like family. Breakfast was delicious. Linda took the time to talk with everyone each morning and asked how things were going. We will definitely consider staying here for future trips.

While my weekend at VIR did not go well at all, I absolutely loved this place. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and quiet with great people running it and delicious food as well. If I make it back to VIR in the future, this is where I’ll stay. Wonderful experience!

Linda was the most gracious host and even stood at the road to welcome me onto the huge property. Her place is a gorgeous large home with rich history in a lovely rural setting. My room had a private door that opened onto one of the back decks. It had an air conditioner as well as a few fans. My bed was huge, clean & extremely comfy so I slept like a baby. The private bathroom was more than equipped and tons of clean towels were available. Linda went above and beyond to provide a large, delicious breakfast (I cleaned my plate!). Linda is very personable and truly genuine. She is my new friend and I plan to stay at Breezy Oaks again!

Linda, and Steve and Sue, are true Super Hosts. It was an excellent visit. It was just what I wanted, which was to feel that I was staying in a family home. I have a new family now. And, the smell of home-cooked breakfast in the mornings is unbeatable. Thanks Linda!

It was the most relaxing place to stay. The hosts were welcoming and made us feel like part of the family. We will go back.

I have stayed with Linda the the last two years for the Blue Ridge Rock Festival, and it's great! Everyone is super friendly, the place is comfortable and they always want to help if you need it. If you want a relaxing "like home" place to stay in the area, you should stay here. I will be staying there whenever I am in the area.

Martijn and Evelyn’s place was amazing. They are excellent hosts. We especially enjoyed the homemade Dutch breakfast.

We absolutely love this place, it is such a hidden treasure! The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, and the bed was most comfortable. Linda gave us a tour of the house with a little bit of its history, we felt so at home...could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back!!

Delightful and very relaxing. The description is very accurate and exceeded my expectations. Jon & Donna were very responsive to my late night request after being stranded by Hurricane Michael. They were very accommodating on a late evening arrival and helped calm me down after making several attempts to drive home. I highly recommend this as an ption for those visiting VIR. Halifax/South Boston has an excellent selection of restaurants which the Chandlers were eager to point out as well as other interesting happenings in my work community.

My husband woke up and had breakfast and coffee and that was amazing after a long drive from NJ!

Great stay in the historical district being a history guy myself and a lot of history in the neighborhood, (recommend the museum, plantation and local battlefields!) The host and Co-host were very friendly and accommodating, the Victorian feel was amazing, very beautiful interior and exterior, the bedding was super comfy. The rooms were very clean, and guest ready. The area was quiet and private to compile my research. The continental breakfast was to be expected with a variety of fruit, muffins, oatmeal, orange juice and coffee. 10/10 recommended and if ever in the neighborhood while touring battlefields, I would stay again

First time staying at a BNB, and it was a great experience. This place is amazing, I felt like I was on vacation. the house is fairly new and everything about the house is new. Sabrina and her husband are great and they made me feel right at home, plus the breakfast in the morning was amazing. cannot wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at Sabrina's lovely home. Our breakfast was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. The directions were great. Our room was well appointed and spotless. There was complimentary beverages within reach at anytime. Would stay again if we our in the area.
