We had a wonderful experience at Christina’s lakehouse. It’s a wonderful place for two families to share many memories. If you are renting a boat or you have a boat, it’s easy to dock. They have a bunch of games in the front room to keep the kids busy. And many places to eat and just look at the beautiful scenery.

A charming 1920's farmhouse is set among mature trees, showcasing a large covered front porch with white columns. The red brick exterior is complemented by dark green shutters and a metal roof, surrounded by well-maintained landscaping and open green space.

Loved the bidet in the master bedroom. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. I had a question about how to use the shower in the master bathroom and they responded quickly. You pull down the bottom of the faucet to make it work. We had a nice time watching movies in the living room area. Really cozy.

A screened-in porch features comfortable seating with plush cushions on a neutral area rug. A small coffee table sits at the center, while greenery is visible beyond the railing, offering a serene outdoor view.

Emily is a great host and very responsive. The house is clean and comfortable. The outside screened porch is a wonderful space and very peaceful. Emily had a list of area activities, restaurants, coffee, and pastries. We had a full agenda this trip so did not try any of Emily’s suggestions but we will be back to grab a long, relaxing weekend soon.

This was our 2nd year taking our guys trip to the house. There’s 12 of us, and this house has plenty of room. The house is perfect for a fishing trip. The crappie fishing is phenomenal in bluestone creek and we caught enough to feed us all and bring some back to Maryland. The

This location was amazing !! It was a beautiful getaway !!! House was cozy and the hosts were so accommodating and attentive!!! The only thing that I would say is the cleanliness was not done so well not sure if the company being utilized is actually doing what they need too .. not the hosts fault of course but I figured I’d give some feedback back and a heads up if they are paying a company to do the services for them. Again beautiful place loved the location.. all in all I give this place a10put of ten and I would definitely stay again !! I hope the feedback will be received well my intent is not to offend the owners/hosts thank you for the lovely place we did enjoy it very much!!!

I stayed here with my family while in VA and it was so peaceful. Driving up to the property we saw the cows and horses that my kids enjoyed looking at. The home is clean and spacious with a grocery store near. We grabbed some groceries and made ourselves a delicious meal that we enjoyed outside while watching the cows graze. Margaret allowed us to check in early and encouraged us to reach out with any concerns. I will definitely stay here again when in town.

The farm is a great place to visit, especially for kids. It's a quiet and beautiful area with an absolutely wonderful family running the farm. Sheila and James were extremely hospitable and welcoming. The animals, from dogs to goats to sheep are numerous and fun to watch and be around. I can't wait to go back!

Such a nice option for a stay in Clarksville. The best part is even though you have your own house, you still receive the amazing Cooper's Landing breakfasts to your door. Always an enjoyable experience, and they have the kindest people working at the Inn when you choose to dine over there.... which we do even when not staying there. One of my favorite places in town. Hope to stay there again soon, as its nice to be in town for a whole weekend.

From check in through the end of our stay Margo was great. The house was well appointed and was accurately described both in the photos and the listing. Literally couldn’t have had a better host or place to stay!! Will definitely be booking again and will be recommending both the host and the home to anyone who asks.

It was so nice getting to know Sabrina, Peter, and their three friendly dogs. They have a lovely, inviting home that’s very spacious and homey at the same time. It really felt like we were visiting family (wish Sabrina and Peter really were!), it’s apparent they love hosting. Our room was spotlessly clean, and furnished with comfort in mind. My kids LOVED playing with their dogs, and best of all Sabrina is a first class chef. We visited Halifax county from the city to see the stars, and although it was too cloudy to stargaze while there, it was easy to see the real stars were Sabrina and Peter. Thanks again!

They enjoy sharing their slice of heaven to those who appreciate all it has to offer. Gorgeous property to get out and explore and take it all in .It’s a trip my son and I always look forward to.

Cooper’s landing is always amazing stay! This was my third time staying and every single time has been accommodating to our needs in every way: from dinner reservations (and all of our indecisions), to dietary needs (vegetarian), to early morning breakfast needs and so much more. All staff members are easy to communicate with, polite and friendly.

This is a gorgeous home in a great area! It’s close to town and activities but yet in a private and peaceful location. I am absolutely humbled by the care Margo gave us, we came into town unexpectedly due to a death in the family, she went out of her way to get the house cleaned and ready by the time we got there. Her kindness will not be forgotten!

Me and 7 friends stayed here for blue ridge rock festival this year. Despite the festival being a total crap show and us only getting to enjoy 1 1/2 days of the festival, we got to enjoy this beautiful house. We had plenty of movies and game nights, as well as enjoying each others company by the lake. The view from the living room and kitchen area is amazing. Me and my friends agree our trip was saved because of where we stayed. Thank you Monique for opening up your home to us :)

We had a lovely stay! It was super peaceful and we enjoyed getting to know Kim and her husband a bit. Kim’s breakfast (and the cookies she left for us) were amazing. Everything was very clean and felt like home. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great location, short walk to the beautiful lake, and short distance to town. Super nice neighborhood, very clean and accommodating. Spacious and laid out well. I loved the sound machine for sleeping and the fan. Built in wireless chargers for cell phones, was nice. Large spacious kitchen, with lots of tea and coffee options to chose from. Great place to stay!! Definitely will come again!

Chris has a beautiful home in a nice, quiet neighborhood and the Airbnb space was very comfortable. I was traveling alone to attend Blue Ridge Rock Festival, which was pretty close to the house. Chris is very responsive and took care of me when the festival was unexpectedly cancelled.
