Vacation rentals with a home theater in Hakone

Manazuru was a great place to stay, and Chiharu's place was perfect. Comfy beds, hot shower with nice pressure. Chiharu was quick to answer any questions I had about the local area, and was kind enough to reach out when I had left something behind. Highly recommend, would stay here again

鉄道好きにはたまらない、夢のような滞在でした！ まず、オーナーこだわりの鉄道シミュレーターは圧巻。リアルな操作感にワクワクが止まらず、大人も子どもも夢中になりました。ここでしか味わえない特別な体験です。 お部屋は清潔で広々、ベッドも寝心地抜群。ワークスペースにはホワイトボードやプロジェクター、Nintendo Switchもあり、仕事も遊びもどちらも快適に過ごせました。Wi-Fiも安定していて、リモートワークにもぴったりです。 駅から徒歩6分とアクセスは良好ですが、やや上り坂になっているので、荷物が多い時は少し大変かもしれません。それでも到着すれば、その分の疲れも吹き飛ぶほど魅力たっぷりの空間が待っています！ さらに感動したのが、ホームベーカリーで焼かれたパン。朝の焼きたてパンは格別で、香ばしい香りとふわふわの食感に癒されました。まるでカフェにいるような贅沢な朝でした。 徒歩圏内にはサウナ、博物館もあり、オーナーおすすめのルートを楽しむだけでも充実した時間が過ごせました。 鉄道ファンはもちろん、ファミリーなど、誰にでもおすすめできる素敵なお宿です。また必ずリピートしたいと思います！

The place was smaller than expected but the house was really clean. It’s also really close to the station so that made it convenient. We had a rental car and the house came with a parking spot so that was really convenient for us. Overall a nice stay. You also get a great view of Mount Fuji from inside and outside the house.

Chiyo was very helpful recommend some places and air bnb is very clean and comfortable to stay in.

這個民宿非常的新！ 裡面的一切都可以感受到民宿主人的用心 非常乾淨跟舒適 床超級舒服很好睡 廁所有好聞的味道 電視很大已經有登錄好的Netflix可以看（日文） 房間的燈還是情境燈 然後還驚喜的發現這個燈能夠投影螢幕在牆上 超級讚！！ 可以自己用手機投影鏡像喔 連線民宿的wifi就可以了 然後民宿本身還有附一本使用手冊 很精緻漂亮內容寫得很詳細 民宿主人本身回答問題也超快真的很棒😍😍😍這次分別住了兩晚 中途去住了別的地方跟飯店 最愛的還是這間 唯一就是在軌道旁邊火車經過的聲響跟震動是感受的到 但我覺得以上這些優點完全可以蓋過這個點 晚上睡覺時也沒有火車經過所以也不影響睡眠 總之我們住宿體驗是100分的💯

20年来の友人5人で同窓会がてら利用させて頂きました。会食が長引いてしまい予約時にお伝えしていたチェックイン時間に対して遅くなってしまいましたが、セルフチェックインとのことで柔軟に対応頂けました。 お部屋も男5名とむさ苦しい顔ぶれでもちょうどよく、コタツやソファで横になりながら昔話に花が咲きました。特にプロジェクターは友人との集まりにはありがたい設備でした。 予約時に注意事項の記載がありますが下階がスナック？らしく25時過ぎてもカラオケの音が聞こえます。私たちも夜遅くまで騒がしくしていたので下階への騒音を心配する必要がなくむしろありがたかったですが、家族や恋人との利用ではかなり気になる可能性がありますので事前によくご検討頂くのがいいと思います(寝る時に少し気になったので-1とさせて頂きましたが、眠りの浅い方ですと大きなマイナス評価に繋がる可能性アリです) なおベッドは十分大きく和室もありますが同衾しない限り寝るのにちょうどいい人数は大人4人までだと思います。 お部屋はキッチンに加え洗濯機もあるので長期滞在しても困ることはまずないと思います。いずれも清潔ですがバスルームはよく清掃されていたものの下水から臭いが上がってきていたのか臭いが気になりました(アパートでもよくありますが排水溝の利用のない日が続くとトラップの水が乾燥する等が起き、下水から空気が戻る現象があります。決して清掃が不十分なことが原因ではないことを付記させて頂きます) 特に騒音に対しては利用シーンをよくお考え頂くほうがいいと思いますが、コスパもよく総じて満足度が高いので特に学生さんなど若い方のグループ利用でオススメしたいと思いました。

The unit was perfect for our little “slice of life” experience in Japan. Mari was super helpful for providing extremely detailed check in instructions and how to find the place. The place was very cozy for 2 people and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the hot water and the comfy linens on the bed. I really appreciated all the drying hooks for when we did laundry (washer is on the front porch). Everything was clean upon arrival and 2 L of water was provided by the host. She was very responsive and attentive, I felt relaxed staying at this place. It is about 12 minutes to Manazuru station making this convenient to explore other areas like Odawara and Hakone. Overall I enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this excellent modern home in Odawara as a family of four — myself, my husband, and our two kids aged 11 and 15. The space was clean, beautifully designed, and well-equipped, with a fun loft area that the kids loved. It was a comfortable, relaxing base for exploring Hakone and the surrounding areas, with convenient access to the station and local shops. We really appreciated being offered an early check-in, though unfortunately, we experienced a 1 hour delay due to an issue with the lock box process. While this was a little frustrating after a long journey, the host was responsive once contacted and worked to resolve the problem. Despite this minor hiccup, the stay itself was excellent. The stylish, family-friendly layout and welcoming atmosphere made it a memorable visit. We’d happily recommend this property to other families and would stay again.

メッセージもすぐに返事をいただけたので、特に困ることはありませんでした。 宿には卓球台、プロジェクターがあり雨でも子供達が退屈することなく楽しめました！ 大人5人、小学生4人、未就学児1人でしたが充分な広さでした。 また湯河原に行く時は予約します！ ありがとうございました。

Great facilities, views and overall the comfort of the place was great

We had an amazing time. Everything on the pictures is how you find it. Or even better. The views were amazing. The kitchen had more than we could imagine. From a Pepsi machine to an ice maker. We were impressed. Full of tech. 10/10. Would highly recommend. Worth the price.

非常に素晴らしい宿でした。 富士山を眺めることのできる絶好のロケーションで、特に朝のぞむ富士山は素晴らしかったです。BBQ用品や、サウナも清潔で使いやすかったです。

ホストの方のとても親切な対応のおかげで快適な時間を過ごすことができました。BBQの用意や寝具の用意も全てやってくださり、くつろぐことができました。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Was a very comfortable stay with 3 adults and a small child. The space was much bigger than expected and we felt right at home. Would be suitable to those with a car!

We had a wonderful stay! Ken’s place is absolutely beautiful and the private hot springs were a huge bonus. There was so much to do and explore in Izu. Ken was a very helpful and responsive host, I I highly recommend staying here!
