We purchase high-quality meat from time to time and serve it with vegetables from Gotemba on a sunken kotatsu table. We also provide freshly cooked rice in an earthenware pot. This accommodation is a private resort called "Private Resort Hoshike", located in a villa area about 7 minutes by car from Lake Yamanaka, which was renovated by a designer in November 2025.
