From Haiming to the Ötztal, Kühtai, Imst and much more.

In the quiet center of the village of Haiming, on the 1st floor of our large, older house, we have 3 bedrooms 1 dining room 1 kitchen 1 bathroom 1 toilet, nicely furnished. At the entrance to the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (about 12 or 3 minutes on foot) and by car (parking by the house). Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region are excellently connected. The farm shop and bakery are around the corner 5-minute walk to BILLA, post office, pharmacy and butcher in the village.

Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The best ski areas in Tirols-Mitte and this right on the doorstep. Kühtai, Ochsengarten, Hochoetz, Sölden, Vent, Obergurgl or Pitztal Glacier as well as Hochzeiger in the Pitztal. Our capital Innsbruck can be reached in 30 minutes via the A7. Summer months: faszinatour outdoor center Haiming offers rafting and he finest canyoning or area 47 bathing and leisure activities right in front of your nose. For example you can reach the Area47 in only a few minutes. In addition, all important local suppliers are within walking distance of the apartment.
