We had a great time at Mark’s place - it’s in the perfect spot to explore the Cotswolds. Mark was a wonderful host, he reached out to us even before our trip had started, and we arrived to the pleasant surprise of a starter pack with tea, coffee, milk, bread, fruit, vegetables, butter, wine, and some nibbles. Especially great since we arrived on a bank holiday, and weren’t sure if the stores were still open. The place is as described and seen on the photos - very clean, tidy, and cosy. We loved the fireplace! Thanks for being an amazing host, Mark - we’d recommend this to anyone in a heartbeat!

Fabulous stay - the place was warm (it snowed whilst we were there!), had everything you needed, clean, easy to find and in a lovely quiet location. Any queries before arrival were quickly responded too. Would recommend this as a perfect place to base your stay in the Cotswolds.

We had a lovely two night stay at the lodge! The scenery and views were so peaceful and calming. Julia gave us lots of recommendations which we tried to cram into our duration! Perfectly located for lovely walks, and very short distances to nearby hotspots and villages. The hot tub was clean and hot on arrival and was a godsend after a day of hiking! Can’t recommend enough for a quick stay away in the Cotswolds! Can’t wait to return. Thanks Julia!
