Waterfront vacation rentals in Hải Châu District

Everything was great except for the inconvenience of having just 1 access card. It would be good to have at least 2 set since there it is a 2-bedroom apartment. Other than that, location is great, the building receptionist could smile more and be more approachable. The security guard is hard working and polite. Will consider returning for stay if I am back in Da Nang again!

We loved our stay at Linh's place. Linh was a great communicator, would answer questions promptly. Everything is like the photos published, it is very clean, and homely. It is in a top spot, right near the Hans River Bridge, you have views of the river from the bedroom and bathroom. It was great to have a washing machine to wash our clothes, it was a godsend. We were able to obtain a late checkout; nothing was too much trouble for Linh. We highly recommend Linh's place and would definitely recommend to family and friends if ever in Da Nang. If we ever get the chance to return to Da Nang, we wouldn't hesitate to book Linh's place again.

Clean, comfortable, and affordable apartment in a quiet neighborhood but also not too far from the city center, great for both short term and long term stays. Comes with a nice kitchen, work station, and free washing and drying. Hosts are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended!

Căn hộ view cầu Trần Thị Lý mình vừa thuê ở 1 đêm, trải nghiệm khá hài lòng. View đẹp, nhất là buổi tối nhìn ra cầu rất chill. Phù hợp để nghỉ dưỡng ngắn ngày hoặc đổi gió cuối tuần.

The accommodation is clean and sufficient for the two of us. The host is very friendly and replies to messages very quickly. The place is only about 100 meters from Han Market, so it's very easy to walk there. The staff is also very friendly; they were very supportive and helpful during check-in

Chỗ ở này nằm ở vị trí trung tâm, view sông rất đẹp và có thể ngắm pháo hoa, với mức giá như vậy thì quá hợp lý. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, gọn gàng. Host cực kỳ dễ thương, nhiệt tình và phản hồi nhanh chóng - mình còn được hỗ trợ thêm 2 bàn làm việc rất tiện. Cảm ơn host nhiều! Guest cần tự chuẩn bị bàn chải, kem đánh răng và dầu gội/sữa tắm. Nhìn chung, trải nghiệm của mình rất tốt, sẽ quay lại trong tương lai!

best location in Da Nang!! found we where surrounded by Amazing Restaurants and algreat Nightlife spot!! close to the Dragon bring and the River check in anytime was nice just got little lost on reception at first since we arrived little late in the night.. but signs helped room was clean found the bed little uncomfortable but still had a great night sleep didn't wake up sore bathroom was not 100% clean when we got in but nothing that grossed me out staff where extremely friendly and the cafe on the main floor was soooo good

We loved the place! We spent a month there and would book it again without hesitation! Great area, great host and a great experience!

가격대비 무척 크고 예쁜 방이에요. 호스트가 친절하고 바로 앞에 맛있는 카페가 붙어있어요. 조식으로 매일 다른 베트남 가정식을 만들어주었는데 너무 맛있었어요. 다만, 근처에 클럽이 있어서 밤에 소리가 좀 들려요. 방 안에서 음악을 틀면 안 들리는 정도입니다.

Tra is an extremely cute and friendly host and went above and beyond. I wish I could give this place more than five stars the whole process was extremely easy and Tra was so responsive and helpful. The place is also decorated very nice and clean. You won't be disappointed if you book with Tra. :)

Donna's apartment was perfect for the two of us. Being right across from the beach was a big plus. We had a couple of very minor issues that were resolved within minutes. Although we never met Donna face to face she was brilliant at keeping in touch. I would not hesitate in recommending Donna's apartment if you're looking for a modern but cozy place to live while enjoying Da Nang.

Logement impeccable! May a été serviable depuis le premier jour, elle s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien. Ce logement situé dans l’hôtel à la carte est connu de tous (Grab / Taxis) et est en bord de mer, facilement accessible à pied, près du dragon bridge. Le rapport qualité prix est très correct! Amazing location right across from the beach which is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Lively area with many places to eat and drink. The wifi was great, amazing ac unit, and comfortable bed. Very safe building. Nice massage area and pool on the top floor. One of the best airbnbs in da nang

Great place and location

Shine - общительная, отзывчивая хозяйка. Отличное здание с хорошим бассейном. Апартаменты большие и чистые. Комфортно для семьи из 4 человек (по 2 в каждой спальне). Если пренебречь комфортом, то можно еще в гостиной разместить 1-2 человек. Как многие писали - очень шумно на улице, но именно в этих апартаментах шум не так сильно слышно и шум заканчивается в 23.00 - раньше мы спать не ложимся, а утренняя зарядка не такая громкая и ее не слышно. При следующем визите в ДаНанг обязательно выберу эти апартаменты для пребывания.
